Lovely rooftop apartment in the heart of Rome

Pros: Lovely colourful top floor apartment. Two balconies and plenty of space to sit outside in the sun. Spacious and very clean. All facilities worked perfectly. In the current heat wave, the air con came in useful and worked well. The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Cons: The amount of steps up to the apartment was not ideal especially in the heat. It’s a shame there’s no lift available as it’s 3 floors up. But once up there it’s beautiful.

We had a great stay in a beautiful calm oasis near the heart of Rome. Highly recommended.

Pros: Great location with good local amenities and only 15 minutes walk from the colosseum.

Cons: Had problems with the hot water but this was resolved quickly by our excellent host.

Cons: Not possible to swith on A/C and washing machine the same time.

Location 10/10 and lovely rooftop!

Pros: We were a group of 4 friends and we had an absolutely fabulous time. The place is quirky, bright and colorful, filled with books, art and authenticity. Both the host family and the neighborhood restaurant and shop staff were welcoming and easy going. While parking in the street is possible I opted to park my car at paid parking nearby and they took really good care and even trusted me to come back and pay when I took the car out for the day (20 eur for 24 hours, 24x7 attendance). The location of San Saba Rooftop is really really top. Everything is easy to reach, metro and bus stops are nearby but we actually did most by walking. Last but not least we really need to mention the roof top terrace. For a group of friends like we were that was the cherry on top. Nice lighting, flower pots a perfect shade. Thank you for sharing this lovely place with visitors.

Pros: La casita es de lo más original, se nota que los dueños son artistas. Tiene dos terrazas preciosas, sobre todo la que sale desde la cocina

Pros: The neighborhood is beautiful, as were the rooftop patios on the property. The whole place was nice!

Cons: Smoother communication about getting the keys and about needing cash for the taxes at check in.

Pros: Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven als je in Rome bent. Gelegen in een lokale buurt, geen toeristen en met ov ben je snel bij de highlights van de stad. In de middag even lekker met elkaar relaxen op het zonnige terras met een koud biertje/wijntje. Echt absoluut een aanrader!

Pros: Eine sehr ansprechende Wohnung in toller Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäfte / Restaurants waren zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Terrassen mit den vielen Pflanzen waren besonders schön.

Cons: Einziger Wermutstropfen, die 3 Treppen ohne Fahrstuhl.
