Apartment Vespucci

Location perfect

Pros: The location is the best. We love the house. The rooms are very sufficient for a 4-person family. The bathrooms were clean and big. It was very easy to get the key from the owner.

Cons: It was very noisy; there was a construction in the building, and it was started at 7 am in the morning! The house is very dark even in the summer morning, we have to open the light.

Lovely stay

Pros: Apartment looked much better than the photos, we had a very comfortable stay! Host is also very responsive and lovely :)

Good location, great service.

Pros: Really nice apartment. With two rooms it was perfect for our family of four. The information and support provided before arrival was excellent, Barbara accommodated our very early arrival and met us at the door. There was a minor issue with the hot water but Barbara responded straight away and was at the property within 10 minutes, despite it being late evening. The area is great if you want to stay among the real people of Rome. With the main tourist areas a short walk away and the excellent food just over the bridge in Trastevere, this was a great location.

Great stay close to the heart of Rome

Pros: The location of this apartment is fantastic, close to the center and also easily walkable. The apartment itself is super spacious, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms (plus the pull out sofa which we didn't use). We really loved the convenience of this apartment and would happily stay here again. (Bonus: the beds are super comfortable).

Pros: Location was great, lots of good restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and clean. Barbara was so friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Not much sunlight even with all the windows opened. We had to turn the lights on during the day time.

Pros: Everything. Locations was perfect . The staff was duper friendly.

Pros: This was a lovely spacious apartment with plenty of space for us and our 3 young kids. It was great to have a proper table and chairs for us and the couch which we also used for sleeping. The hostess was very helpful and communicative, giving us clear video info in advance on how to check in as we arrived quite late. We really liked the location in a residential area as it was very quiet at night but well served by frequent buses to the city centre and beyond. Small supermarkets, shops and gelateria within minutes walk to keep us all happy! Air conditioning appeared to work well, we had to use it on the first couple of nights, and the washing machine was useful when the kids got gelato down their clothes!

Roaming around Rome

Pros: Super comfy bed. Great communication pre, and during stay. Thanks for the starter packs of tea/ coffee/spices / washing machine pods. Excellent Airport tfer. Great local neighbourhood...more than enough eating places , bars etc. Even theatres. Far from the maddening Rome crowds, but close enough to experience when you want to...DO visit EATALY ( behind the railway station) .Easy access to bus or metro for Historic sights ( Moovit app great) Quick walk to Trastevere. Easy Metro to Nuvola conference centre.

Cons: Nil

Pros: Our host Barbara could not have been more helpful, she was excellent and made you feel at home immediately. There was everything you needed in the apartment including maps, phone chargers toiletries, slippers, Tbags etc.. The location was perfect, very safe with lots of good restaurants & bars and the bus stop for buses to take you all over Rome. Would certainly highly recommend this apartment.

Cons: Time spent there was too short!!

Pros: Walking distance to many shops and restaurants, great location, getting in the property was a easy process, communication with Barbara is great.

Cons: Shower area is small for a family of 5 and only the 1 shower, other than that everything is good.
