Central location and a luxury having a bathtube in the room

Pros: The furniture is a little outdated but this place is all about having a bathtube in the room , that is pure luxury after having walked for hours. Staff were super friendly and accommodating as I had a request on departure day. Breakfast was really nice and the option to be able to have it on the terrace was great.

Great room and staff

Pros: Great location, Friendly staff, Hotel room comfortable nice sized room, with all the amendments.

Cons: Due to the building being protected, the walls are a little thin. Unfortunately you can also hear anyone at the reception due to it being in close proximity of the rooms

Pros: I absolutely loved the family feel of this guest house!! It was an even better location than I expected and the staff were so helpful and attentive!! The manager Valerio was so helpful and explained everything so well!! The breakfast was everything we needed and super fresh!!

Cons: No this i didn’t like, it’s a little dated but it totally adds to the effect of the Rome feel!! Great place to stay and I will be recommending it to friends

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The spa bath was really relaxing after a long day of walking. Room was neat. The aircon in room was great. Good breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely book with 7 Inn Spanish Steps again.

Great location, helpful staff, would go back.

Pros: Great location, within easy walking distance to shops, sights and places to eat. Staff were very helpful and good. Comfortable room and pillows:)

Cons: Only one small negative was air freshener, but the windows opened to clear that quickly enough.
