Pros: Excellent location, right in the heart of a lively neighbourhood. Lots of options for dinner. Please note that most attractions are around a 30-40 minute walk, which we always did since public transport/taxis quote the same time to reach destination (apparently very common in rome, so be prepared to walk alot!). - Amazing host, she was available for anything we needed via whatsapp and in the morning at the reception. - Great views from the balcony, this was my highlight! - Fridge and electric kettle in the room was a great touch. There is also a lobby which you can access to microwave food etc. - Self check-in.
Cons: Unfortunately, with no fault to the host as out of their control, but one of the guests in another apartment was smoking one night and the smell/fumes had reached our room- causing it to be an unpleasant night to sleep. Thankfully, that guest left the following morning, so we did not have this issue again. The host was very responsive and tried her best to resolve this. Cleaning services could be a bit more thorough, our beds/towels/bins were changed everyday but the floor was never swept.

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to public transport. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy check in. Comfortable room. Large TV with AC.
Cons: A kettle in the room would have been perfect.

Cons: Noise from outside. Earplugs help and they are provided by the hotel

Pros: The communication ran super smooth, they had clear instructions and they were very responsive. They helped wherever they could to make our stay better. The location is our favourite in all of Rome. It's a vibrant area, with lots of locals, students and tourists too these days, so there is going to be some street noise, but the windows isolated a lot of that sound out. Plus I always have my earplugs with me just in case.
Cons: The suction fan is a bit loud and works slow. It's an old building, so we were fine with it.

Cons: Music playing until 4am at the bar downstairs. Sound isolation is non existent. Take good earplugs

Pros: The location is incredible. Big, beautiful, old building. We often pass through Rome and will most certainly use in the future. It met all our requirements.

Stay here when you visit Rome!
Pros: My friends and I had a great stay here. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Trastevere. And the room was really charming. Our room had a balcony wth the bustling street life outsider and an amazing view of a beautiful church right across the street! We were 3 people and the room felt really spacious. The communication with Simona was quick and easy and the check-in went smooth. If you come to Rome this is the place to stay! ❤️
