Pros: really liked the property the location is amazing! During our stay, we were lucky to be the only guests, which made it feel even more peaceful. Our room was big, spacious, and very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the room had been tidied up while we were out our sheets were arranged and everything felt refreshed. The croom has everhthing that you need (hair dryer,clean towels,shower gel,toilet paper&soap)

Cons: The jacuzzi tub in our room wasn’t as clean as we expected, so unfortunately we couldn’t use it.

Pros: The Perfect Location Structure in the heart of Trastevere, great experience. My room had an internal bathroom and all the necessary amenities for a quick stay. I noted an arrival time and a person was waiting for me to check me in (apparently people don't do this). I had the same experience, but we wrote and agreed on a time that was within their opening and closing hours and we had a good time. We will be back. We tried this location a few days ago and we had a great time. The important thing is the quality/price, a good room at a fair price. The building is fantastic, it feels like entering an art gallery, the room was fine. The external door is very heavy but when you enter it is immediately beautiful. Boutique room deserved

Pros: In the lovely Trastevere with an abundance of restaurants around the area. Check in was fine as we were met at the door. The bed and bathroom inside the rooms are private. However, the living room/kitchen isn't as it is a shared area with the other guests. But that was fine for us and didn't disrupt our stay at all

Pros: The location was just perfect to explore Rom by foot or with the bike. Even if the room was in a busy area, it was super silent during the night.

Pros: The apartment is in a beautiful building, the room was a good size and really clean when we arrived. There's a small common kitchenette area with a fridge that was handy. The owners were really friendly. Such a good area surrounded by restaurants, an easy walk to the central tourist sites and to bus / trams to further ones. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
