Intra' Residenza in Trastevere

Second time staying at these perfectly located apartments. Superb.

Pros: Perfect location. Great value for money. Apartments are spacious and well equipped.

Cons: Some of the apartments are more recently decorated than others. Even the though ours was a little tired it was still great.

Nice place to stay in Trastevere

Pros: Well located. The staff was really nice. It’s small, but it’s enough if you come to Rome for a weekend. The room was clean.

Cons: Beds are small and not so comfortable. Windows towarda the street. You can hear the noises during the night.

Exceptional place to stay!

Pros: Amazing host Maurizio who sent us excellent instructions on how to self check in which made it so easy. The apartment is wonderful, including a terrace and they supplied us with coffee/tea, milk, water bottles in fridge and snacks as well, which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here, great location with restaurants as soon as you walk out the door. Will definitely stay here again if we get to come back and visit Rome. We also used Sandro a private driver that was recommended and he was amazing!! Great communication on pickup and took us to the airport the day we were leaving, highly recommend Sandro if you need a driver for anything. Thank you to Maurizio and Sandro for making our stay so wonderful!!!

A great stay with nice food and an amazing host

Pros: Maurizio was an amazing host! He waited for me at the accomocation for a while when I was running late, was always quick to respond, helped me with storing my luggage for some hours and helped me with recommendations for restaurants and wine shops! The location was great and right in the middle of Trastevere, so it was really easy to get to restaurants or bars. It was also easy to walk to the touristic attractions. The accomodation was spacious and all the needed facilities were available as well.

Cons: During the night you can sometimes hear some sound from the street, however this is to be expected when the location is right in the middle of Trastevere. I was still able to get good sleep.

Pros: My wife and I had an excellent stay! Maurizio went above and beyond to welcome us and give some great tips for Rome. Thank you!

Perfect - position, facilities, cleanliness, friendly reception, and price.

Pros: This place was PERFECT and very reasonably priced. A fabulous position within easy walking distance of the historic centre, but also extremely well connected with public transport in every direction and a nearby taxi stand. My room opened onto a courtyard and was completely quiet day and night - so nice to be in a busy area yet to sleep well with the windows open to fresh air. (The rooms overlooking the street would have been pretty noisy, mind you that may not bother a young traveller keeping late hours, which is no longer me!). The rooms shared a common kitchen area which was pleasant, light, and well stocked for breakfast at any time (coffee machine, variety of teas, yoghurts, toast and croissants and biscuits). Everywhere in the Residenza was scrupulously clean. There were guide books and maps to review in the common area and the manager Maurizio was very helpful and friendly, with excellent English. I will happily stay here again!
