Calisto Luxury Trastevere

Pros: Perfection location and great treatment. Special mention to the cleaning ladies who did an amazing job.

Nice quiet location but close to tourist areas.

Pros: Good location in Trastevere, close to some of the main attractions in the area. Easy to walk from here to some of the other main tourist areas. Host was contactable and responsive when needed.

Pros: Spacious room, big bathroom, perfect location with all the piazzas, restaurants within a 2 min walk

Cons: The room is a little dark due to the location of the window, pillows need to be renewed.

Great hosts and comfortable room

Pros: Clean room and nice pillows and good airconditioning. Excellent hosts.

Cons: A bit smaller than it looks in the pictures

Pros: Easy check-in instructions, responsive host, great room, and great location in the heart of Trastevere.

Pros: The room is new and modern, with an excellent shower and a stylish bathroom featuring unique lighting. It’s very clean and has great aesthetics. The hosts are wonderful and always respond quickly online to any questions. Wi-Fi is fast, which is important if you work.

Cons: * The mattress is very firm, and it might be hard to sleep if you're not used to that. * The doorbell from the street to the apartment rings very loudly (though it's unclear why it rings at all if the door opens automatically after pressing the button), and the sound can be heard in every room (the apartment has three separate rooms). This is especially disruptive when residents return late at night. * Even if the heating is on, remember that the floors are always icy (though this is true across Italy), so it’s uncomfortable without slippers.

Pros: The owners were very friendly and tried to do their best...

Cons: Very poor sound insulation so we could hear the neighbors and the noise from the outside. The electricity went out for a few hours and there was no hot water. We had to take a cold shower. The breakfast contains a croissant, a cup of coffee, and a glass of orange juice in a bar around the corner where it wasn't very clean...

Interesting visit for a day and go to restaurants, but prefer to stay in different area.

Pros: Easy access to hotel, and walking distance to sights (Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, shopping, restaurants)

Cons: Trastevere was dirty, lots of litter on streets, graffiti everywhere, ugly compared to other areas of Rome.

Lovely and central.

Pros: The locations was fabulous and the services were great. Staff were lovely especially Dorotea.

Cons: Slight odour of still water in the bathroom that apparently the whole building suffers from. This was only a minor issue.
