Ideally located in Trastevere, modern/tidy rooms and great communication from staff.

Pros: We absolutely loved staying in San Cosimato Suite and will definitely return. For the amount of time you spend in a room when in Rome, it’s perfect. Convenient location in beautiful Trastevere - we walked everywhere at all times of the day and felt incredibly safe. Modern rooms with a good sized bed and shower. Easy assess and staff were lovely!

Cons: The only thing I could pick is that there wasn’t a full length mirror. This is purely personal preference though and didn’t affect our stay in the slightest.

Pros: Great value for money! The room was nice and clean, nothing fancy but with charm. The location was good. And there's a wonderful smell of baked goods from the bakery downstairs! Especially in the morning.

Cons: There is no elevator just stairs (which I knew in advance) but! It wasn't regular stairs.. It is an old fashioned wood ones, not always leveled and a bit crooked in some places... So I would take in consideration that the bags will need to be completely lifted all the way up..

Great location but rooms need a good deep clean

Pros: We really enjoyed the air conditioning and they location. Amazing restaurants all around and always something to do. Easy to visit all of the big sites but far enough from the big crowds. Area also felt safe even in the night. We arrived outside of the service hours but the self checking was explained well through a video.

Cons: Even though we enjoyed our stay the room was not tidy. The bed was made everyday and new towels provided but there was dust all around and the over all look of the room was not clean. There was silverfish in the bathroom so I would not leave any bags in the floor. Also housekeeping also did not knock and just came in.
