Pros: Great location close to several great landmarks. Really helpful staff, which helped us send a package back home of items we had forgotten.

Cons: Would be nice with a more traditional selection of breakfast items, with local cuisine instead of the normal continental items A simple suggestion, but all in all not something to complain about

Lovely Place!

Pros: This hotel was much better than we expected!! All the hotel staff was so kind and good with us and especially Eriko!! The hotel was in a great spot, close to everything, the rooms were everyday cleaned and comfortable!! Thanks a lot for upgrading our room and our vacations !

We stayed 3 wonderful days there

Pros: Beautiful room, good facilities and staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Good location near Piazza del Popolo with lots of good restaurants nearby and easy access to sightseeing and shopping The double bed was very comfortable.

Cons: We had booked a room with a small outdoor terrace but the noise from the air conditioners from the surrounding buildings was very loud, thus being out there was not really relaxing. (Another time we will not book the room with the terrace) The mattress on the extra bed was very soft but our grandson loved it, so …
