Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff. There are some humidity problems in the room. At some points, the walls are beginning to crumble and there is a bad smell in the shower because of the humidity I think. The jacuzzi tub, on the other hand, is easy to use and very clean. The location is excellent being just steps away from Piazza del Popolo.

Pros: Staff were lovely and really welcoming. Huge thanks to Valentino, incredible host. Helped us with luggage as there is no lift in the property. The shower was amazing the space in it was great looked like a steam room was a lovely addition.

Cons: So many stairs to climb with suitcases and no lift. Walls were paper thin, could hear a pin drop in the next room. The shower didn’t drain quick enough so you would stand in water above above your ankles and if you wash your hair it would overflow and flood the room and had to use a lot of towels, jacuzzi bath was freezing cold no hot water so couldn’t use properly but other than that I would recommend this property it is lovely

Pros: Ripetta Relais is the best choice for few days in Rome. Perfect location, clean and comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. We will definetely go back. I recommend it very much!

Wonderful stay in Rome. Ideal location and fantastic staff

Pros: Everything was over the moon, but the best was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and really pushed forward to provide the best experience to the guests. My wife is gluten-intolerant, and when she mentioned it on the first morning, they were really sorry. Next breakfast, they had a dedicated assortment of bread and pastries specially for her. That was really touching

Cons: The hot water in the tub could have more pressure to fill the tub more rapidly, but this is the only thing. It can also happen that we hear the neighbour a bit too much, especially for early leavers. But we came prepared and had our earplugs at the ready. Which is anyway a good practice for any hotel stay. Like that, the disturbance was kept minor
