Location balances everything out optimally.

Pros: The location is fantastic, just 600-700 metres from The Colosseum. Street you exit onto is located directly adjacent to the Nerva's Forum ruins. Location is center wise also, nearby streets are full of cafeterias, snack bars, restaurants and fast food kiosks. The street is quiet and has it's own drinking water faucet. The tiny elevator for 1-2 people was funny and could help you reach top floor when you return home after a whole day full of exploring The Eternal City.

Cons: The bed in the bedroom was too small for two people. Next time, the property should exclusively pay more attention when advertising, whether it's 2,3 or more people. The hot water in the shower ran out after second person, so the third had to shower with cold water (which wasn't a big deal, just a notice for the owner to pay attention). The sound isolation of the main door is not so good, could easily hear what the neighbours were doing in the appartment next door.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to the major highlights. Very good directions for entering the apartment.

Cons: I confirm other comments about the sofa - very uncomfortable, creaking with every, even the slightest movement. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom, which may be a problem for someone.

Very nice experience, in an excelent location. I highly recommend.

Pros: The location is excellent. The apartment was clean and cozy. You find whatever you want. Nice bed in bedroom. Nice to have a bidet in bathroom. There is an elevator that can be used.

Cons: Sofa from living room is uncomfortable. ACs set on 16 degrees on cool mode provide heat. Maybe on very hot days can be a problem. Water pressure on bidet was very low.

Romanın göbeğinde, bir o kadar da sote bir daire.

Pros: Bir evde ihtiyaç duyulacak temel bütün malzemeler vardı. Mutfak malzemeleri, saç kurutma, fırın, mikrodalga, buzdolabı…kahve, yağ, şeker, tuz…Konumu şahane.

Cons: Banyoda su az akıyor. İlk girdiğimde biraz koku vardı.

Pros: Alles war ok, bis auf die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer! Ähnelt eine Biwak Pritsche. Es tut mir leid aber das es geht nicht. Ein erwachsener Mann kann da drauf nicht schlafen. Son alles super gut geklappt.
