Marconi 31 Rome Holiday House - Rome Vacation M&D

We really loved Marconi 31 and I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Pros: We loved the size and comfort of this apartment. Very comfortable beds and living space. Well equiped kitchen. Location and neighbourhood was good.

Cons: The distance from the Historic town was about 40-50 minute walk. But there is lots of places to eat, drink shop directly in the neighbourhood of the apartment. So overall - this was not a problem at all, we just enjoyed the walking.

Pros: The apartment was very good. It was spacious clean with a nice little balcony and very comfortable beds. The location is very good , as it is a short drive away from all the major landmarks without th hustle and bustle of the city center and plenty of parking spots.

Cons: The only negative thing was that the toilet flush was not very strong, however it didn't create a problem

Pros: Spacious, well-equipped and clean apartment, located in a good location (save and quiet street), close to a bus stop and market-store (Conad). Convenient access to the city center, only 15 minutes by bus. Close to the train station and tram as well. Great Wi-Fi (fast and high quality) and a balcony with a table. Very bright and sunny interior. Great contact with the host. Host is very helpful and open for guests needs.

Cons: The shower door didn't close properly

A pleasant stay

Pros: The apartment is really spacious and bright. The location is very close to the bus stop, which is essential for transportation. The neighborhood is great, with many stores and restaurants around.

Cons: It was a bit cold during morning hours and the bed was a little short for a tall person, but it worked.

Pros: Big apartment to fit a family. No street noise. Sara was helpful and communication was quick. The apartment is close to Trastevere station (10 min walk)

Cons: Bed was too soft for me.

Pros: L'appartement est confortable, ainsi que les lits. Il est bien placé et propre.

Cons: La douche un peu vétuste et pas assez d'eau chaude. Le matin, il faisait un peu froid et les chauffages ne fonctionnent pas le matin.

Pros: El apartamento esraba muy limpio y era muy espacioso. La terraza muy bonita y útil. Barrio muy chulo, con muchísimos servicios cerca y la estación de Trastévere a 10min. Llegamos muy bien en tren desde el Aeropuerto Fiumicino. La anfitriona muy atenta y dando muchas facilidades.

Cons: El. Sofá cama y la cama supletoria muy incómodos para dormir.

Pros: Našminkan stan u oblasti Markoni, opremljen za ugodan boravak, najzad bojler i topla voda u Rimu. Ulica nedaleko od stana duz koje se nalazi veliki broj svakojakih radnji za one koji to vole.

Cons: Kraj nam se nije dopao, prljav, prepun izmeta pasa i uzasnog mirisa na trotoaru od urina. Ne parkirati kola ispod drveca jer ga pitce odozgo naprosto uniste.

A nice and spacious apt

Pros: First of all, it’s close to train station so it was easy to get there. Host is very responsive. Clean, spacious, has basic necessities like sugar and oil, often not provided by hosts. A lot of stores, busses, etc.
