Good stay

Pros: Personalized attention by the owner of the facility. She was at hand to help with anything since I was new in Italy

Cons: The rooms are not cleaned daily.

Pros: Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Staff were really helpful and pleasant.

Cons: For seeing Rome, there's a bit of transport planning required as the location isn't central.

Pros: Very comfortable, beautiful, well equipped, clean, super friendly owner, wifi, workspace. The distance to town is alright, but the bus can be very packed.

Cons: You can hear everything happening in the bedrooms next door and from the neighbours above. The bathroom is across the hall from the room - which was advertised - but it is not an issue at all!! It's nice, big and clean, but connects with the other rooms bathroom by a small window, so you hear a lot what's happening next doors

Pros: We liked everything in Annarita’s home, she was a lovely host and cared for us a lot. The bedroom and bathroom are very nice, clean and cozy.

Pros: La ubicacion buena. Si tengo una duda ya que pague los impuestos alla en Italia de 70 euros por la habitacion y ya estaban cargadas por boiocking. Por favor necesito respuesta

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 30 dicembre al 1 gennaio e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Posizione leggermente periferica al centro ma molto buona ,raggiungibile tranquillamente con i mezzi pubblici sia dalla stazione termini che dal centro storico di Roma. Camera bellissima, accogliente e gradevole. La proprietaria Annarita è stata gentilissima, super disponibile e cordiale. Bellissima esperienza, recensione super positiva ❤️

Accoglienza super, ci siamo sentiti a casa

Pros: Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno presso la struttura per il concerto dei Coldplay allo Stadio Olimpico. Ci tengo a sottolineare come primo punto la gentilezza, la cura e l'attenzione di Annarita nei confronti dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti a casa per l'intera permanenza anche grazie all'accoglienza con caffè, tisane, snack, acqua e succhi che Annarita mette a disposizione degli ospiti. La camera è spaziossima, pulita, molto luminosa e il letto è estremamente comodo, infatti abbiamo riposato benissimo. Anche il bagno è ampio e pulitissimo! Purtroppo la posizione è distante dal centro di Roma, ma lo si può raggiungere tranquillamente sia tramite i bus (a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura) sia tramite i taxi. Intorno ci sono diversi luoghi in cui poter fare colazioni, aperitivi, pranzi e cene. Noi siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti e consigliamo a pieni voti questa struttura!
