Very good

Pros: The room is big and confortable. There's a shared kitchen where you can boil water and cook. The neighbourhood is not close from the city centre but quite safe and quiet.

It was okay

Pros: Everything was okay about the property, except the bathroom doors does not open properly and the hot water was barely coming from time to time, Vatican city was close enough

Pros: close to Vatican and city center, nice neighborhood - gelato, restaurants, coffee bars. Supermarket next block.

Cons: kitchen is in the common area - shared small fridge for 5 rooms does not expect too much cooking/continental breakfasts by all hosts - it was ok, but even during our stay fridge was very packed.

Pros: Good quiet location, very well equiped shared kitchen, great value for the price, 244€ plus tax for 4 nights (03/2025) If you are looking for reasonable price and don’t need fancy furniture, this might good option for you

Cons: Smell in the bathroom was little bit worse and the shower could be cleaner, but it was absolutely useable and good for the price If you are checking every little detail and you are willing to pay more for the accomodation, this might not be for you.

Pros: The district is safe. The process of checking in is very easy and successful. We had a problem with no warm water but the host was very kind and offered us a new room.

I recommend this place!

Pros: The room was very clean. It had an air conditioner, large comfortable bed and a tv. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was also quiet and safe, we had no worries coming back late or going out early!

Cons: The only downside I could think, would probably be the location of the property from the city center. But, considering the price, this wasn’t really an issue for us + we don’t mind walking!

Pros: It was so efficient to make the check in by the link received by booking.com chat. I just pushed the button and the door opened. The neighborhood is so nice, there are 2 shops in a 3 minutes walking disatance.

Pros: We liked how the room was cozy and hot. we didn't have any issues regarding water, heat , bedsheets or anything like that

Cons: When someone was cooking in the kitchen, the entire floor smelled like food, our room too.
