Pros: Close to Vatican City, situated out of the busy tourist areas but close enough walking distance to spend the day in centre of Rome. Despite the negative reviews we had read about breakfast, the breakfast provided is a traditional Italian breakfast served in cafes. Close to pharmacy and 24h supermarket as well

Pros: Very friendly host who answered all our questions and requests, the room and common space were clean and renovated. We highly recommend staying there!

Great value for money in the Vatican area

Pros: The property is located in a nice area near the Vatican, in a 9-floor residential building. It’s a quiet neighborhood with little noise, so you can have a good rest after daily walks in Rome. The communication with city center and other areas is also ok. The room is very clean and spacious (and I would add that it’s cleaned every day) with a great view over the city. The bathroom had all necessary amenities, including vanity kits and toothbrushes with tiny toothpastes. It’s a small thing but it could make a big difference should you forget some of those stuff and arrive late as we did. And of course, a big thanks to hosts for being so nice and responsive!

Cons: Some people here wrote about breakfasts, and at first we were disappointed too, because it’s not something we’re used to. But, on other hand, you always have snacks/coffee/tea in the room and then visit some local bakeries nearby. So I wouldn’t count this modest breakfast as a big minus. In the end, when in Rome, do as the Romans do: grab a coffee with crusty cornetto at the local pastry shop :)

Nice stay

Pros: Everything was clean, new and so many details( in the bathroom complimentary toothpaste for instance). Realy quiet during the tree nights we stood there. Relatively well located at a walking distance to metro station and not far from Vatican.

Cons: . Located at the 9th floor on a very old building: the hot afternoong we arrived the elevator was out of order so we has to climb all the way up with our bags. The same day it was repaired thou. breakfast: is not such, but just a set of candies( oreos cookies and mermelades) with a cracker and bottled artificial orange juice). This could and should be improved with all the good (and cheap) pastriea in that city.

Pros: Very nice host. Apartment just renovated and very clean. Not far from Vatican museum. The metro station is not far. Air conditioning works good.

Cons: Too hot in Rome. Everything fine with room.

Cons: I building is little bit scared because is very old bad ones you get in side of the apartment is so Beautiful.

Pros: Everything was impeccable, all the amenities at hand, comfortable bed and the most amazing view on Rome from the window. The host kindly allowed us to check in earlier, so thank you for that. Most definitely recommend. Next time we're in Rome, we'll stay in this apartment as well!

overall pretty good, would be very very good if breakfast would be a real breakfast

Pros: Bed and room and bathroom were pretty nice and clean, and new, so I cannot say anything bad about it, I definitely recommend it.

Cons: Breakfast is not a true breakfast that you would imagine, sure there are some snacks but that is far away from what it should be, good thing is that there is always something to drink, and there is a coffe machine in the room as well.
