Roaming in Rome

Pros: The property is modern, large and clean. Close to local small supermarket and Bar. Cipro Metro station is an easy 20 Min walk and the Vatican Museums around 10 minutes more. We didn’t use the station right by the property as it had less frequent trains and not direct to centre of Rome.

Cons: As previously reviewed the sound of the upstairs tenants was overwhelming (despite earplugs) and constant when they were at home - this is due to hard floors and the noise travelling through the ceiling. Chairs scrapping, shoes walking and late night vacuuming!!!!! They didn’t quieten down each night until well after 1pm. I don’t think they were trying to be noisy it’s just that it carried downstairs very easily. We wouldn’t stay here again because use of this only. If they were not home it was silent.

Nice long weekend in quite spacious apartment

Pros: The Apartment is quite big and well equipped. It is well situated towards the sun and allows you to start the day in one of 2 balconies. The apartment is not in a strictly touristic zone but in 15-20 min. walking distance from it. It’s surrounded by different shops, pharmacy, small bars. Great place to rest from the city noises. Communication with the Apartment staff- perfect

Cons: - The app to open the staircase door didn’t work. We had to contact the owners to solve the issue.

Ci tornerei volentieri solo per la vista da monte ciocci.

Pros: Rapporto qualità-prezzo perfetto. I punti di forza della struttura sono sicuramente la posizione e gli spazi ampi dell appartamento. Abbiamo soggiornato con i nostri due cani, in zona ci sono due ampie aree per cani, la ciclo-pedonale, villa pamphili e pineta sacchetti, dove passeggiare con loro, inoltre raggiungibili a piedi diversi locali per mangiare e bere, di buona qualità. Non distante oltre a San Pietro e castel Sant’Angelo vi è anche trastevere.

Cons: L unico grande difetto risolvibile applicando il regolamento condominiale è la presenza degli inquilini del piano superiore che fanno gran rumore in tutte le ore del giorno e della notte, trascinando mobili sedie e utilizzando aspirapolvere e lavatrice anche in orari non consoni. Qualità anche delle lenzuola un po scadente e polvere su i ripiani più alti dell’armadio all’ingresso, cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno ma non eccessivo.

Pros: ulaşım kolay sayılır Roma tren ve otobus servisi sıkıntılı saat 11 den sonra tren yok otobusler ise keyfe keder geliyor. her odada büyük evran tv olması güzel. mutfak eşyaları yeterli ve temiz. havlu ve çarşaflar temiz ve yeni idi.

Cons: uzun süreli kalışlarda çamaşır makinesi olsa daha iyi olur. aynı şekilde bir elektrikli süpürge gerekebilir. üst komşunun sanırım köpeği var bazen gece gürültü yapabiliyor.

Super!

Pros: Izuzetno čisto, udobno, prostrano, sadrži sve što treba za ugodan boravak, komunikacija s Chiarom je bila odlična, uvijek je bila dostupna. Lokacija je malo udaljenija ali blizu su autobusne i željezničke stanice.

Cons: Jedino što mi se nije svidjelo su bučni susjedi iznad nas koji su do 2 ujutro vukli stolice, lupali i usisavali. No s čepićima za uši je bilo sve ok.
