Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and in a great location. The host was lovely and very helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Pros: Very nice apartment, clean and perfect for two people for a short stay. The host was very kind and accommodating.

Cons: The bathroom is really small, and there was a constant sewer smell inside.

Pros: The apartment was clean and well-groomed, and it's on the 4th floor, but there was a work elevator. Overall, it was calm and quiet. There was everything you needed, a refrigerator, a kettle, soap, air conditioning, a coffee maker, an iron, a hairdryer, a clean towel, laundry, a washing machine, etc. The landlady was helpful and kind. At our request, she advised us to have good restaurants in Rome, where we had a good snack. Everything went well, I recommend it.

Pros: + small, but quiet and clean + newly renovated, furnished and equipped + possibility to wash your cloth and cook a meal + air condition (we didn`t need it, but you might in summer) + near Metro and Roma Termini station + bars, restaurants, grocery stores and bakery nearby info o if you don’t want to climb the stairs to the 4th floor: there is an old elevator, which is a bit tricky to operate o the windows go to an inner courtyard, so don’t expect a great view over Rome 😉 o we where the second guests and found everything we needed, we can’t speak for future guests how might miss something, but the host is very attentive and will surely provide it if possible

Fijn verblijf gehad

Pros: Vriendelijke, gastvrije verhuurder! Konden na overleg eerder als aangegeven inchecken en bij aankomst stond er water en prosecco voor ons koud. Fijn verblijf gehad in dit cozy appartement, aan alles is gedacht en je komt ook niks tekort. De accommodatie ligt in een prima wijk en op een prima loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden in Rome.

Pros: オーナーがとても親切です。Saraさん本当にありがとう。観光、食事、買物などロケーションが最高。なによりローマに暮らせて嬉しかったです。

Cons: ホテルに慣れている方は戸惑うかもしれません。備品やリネン類は必要最低限ですが、充分だと思います。古い建物なので不便な点もありますが、そこが良い点でもあります。

Неделя в солнечном Риме

Pros: Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям. Все новенькое, чистое. Есть даже мыло для рук, шампунь, зубные щетки. Для комфортного проживания есть абсолютно все! Мы не привередливые и нас все устроило полностью! Хозяйка очень милая!🫶🏻 по утрам слышали соседей в подъезде, но это скорей особенности всех квартир в Риме. Рядом 2 супермаркета, кафе, ресторанов, до Колизея 15 минут пешком
