Ideal stay in Rome with romantic atmosphere

Pros: The stay was incredible! Gianni is a very thoughtful, kind and positive host, it's a pleasure to get along with him. The place is in perfect condition: very stylish, you can find there anything what you can imagine not only for a short but also for a long term rent. I especially enjoyed very comfortable bed which is extremely important after long walks in Rome. Separately I should say that water supply, heating were of the best quality which is sometimes a problem in Rome. The location of the apartment is wonderful: around 10-15 minutes from Termini by foot and some key places of interest such as Santa Maria Maggiore or Colosseum. There are a couple of shops right after the corner in case you need to cook (the kitchen is fully equipped for this end). As well Gianni provided us with a list of places to visit and was always available in case we need any help. No doubt this place will be number one for me for my next trip to Rome

Pros: Everything is beyond great. Great host and extremely polite and helpful. Answered any questions immediately and truly well mannered. Great location and apartment is well equipped. Everything is really clean.

Pros: We were welcomed warmly. Perfect location to explore Rome. Full facilities. Very clean and a quiet place to rest - comfortable. Highly recommend.

Friendly host, location close to Metro and buses and Termini train station

Pros: The host was very friendly, and was accommodating even though we couldn't arrive until a day late. Location in regard to the two local Papal churches was execptional, St Maria di Maggiore and St Giovanni de Laterano were both within about 1km of the accommodation. Metro and bus stops close by as well. Accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with tea, coffee etc.

Cons: The bed wasn't overly comfortable, it wasn't terrible, but maybe could have been more comfy, and the bedside lighting wasn't strong enough to support reading in bed. Otherwise everything was great.

Pros: Everything there that we could possibly need. Washing machine, iron.

Amazing Easter stay 2025

Pros: We loved the space for the price and the absolutely amazing location! It couldn't have been better really. The host was also super helpful and kind, and stayed in touch the entire stay if we needed help.

Cons: The only thing that would have benefited us would have been an ironing board. There is an iron in the property, but one can't really iron on a table or the floor. That would have been super helpful, especially when travelling and clothes become wrinkled.

Pros: My wife and I stayed at this apartment from January 10th to January 12th of this year. Very convenient location, complete comfort, cleanliness and order. Silence. Very friendly apartment owner. We had fun. We recommend it. Nikita and Anna.

Great apartment in the Termini area

Pros: The apartment is very well equipped and has everything that you might need for your stay.

Cons: Could be a little more clean but it wasn't bad.
