Pros: Great facilities, great location. Close to the metro. Really friendly and helpful owner. Had an excellent time

Pros: The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was extremely helpful - responded instantly, gave us clear instructions upon arrival, and even shared a list of local places to visit, which was a great bonus. The location is also excellent - just a short walk from the main Metro line, making it easy to reach Roma Termini, the Vatican, the Colosseum, and other historical/social sites directly.

Estadia perfeita no centro de Roma

Pros: I just love everything about our stay. Very well located, 12 minutes from Termini station, 4 minutes from the metro, perfect transport to visit the main tourist attractions. The incredible house, the main point being cleanliness, is very suitable for a family of 3 people with an extra bed that can be used for a fourth person. Great location near ferries, exceeded expectations in every way

Pros: Didn't meet landlord but he called to check we were OK. Full instructions on how to gain access provided on whatsapp. Easy to follow. Apartment clean bright and comfortable with lots of space to spread out and a lovely balcony to watch the sunrise from.

Good for a short stay

Pros: Very helpful host. Clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment

Cons: Location close to train station. Not the nicest neighbourhood, but we were lonely there for a short stopover. Very noisy street air conditioning did not work and apartment was very hot

Pros: Amazing apartment. And Emanuela was so lovely and helpful. Would stay there again when visiting Rome

Great base and super host for Rome trip

Pros: The apartment worked really for us, very close to Metro and Tram stops, a mini super market next door on left and bakery next door on the right, really convenient. Apartment was clean and very comfortable and Emanuela was really helpful recommending restaurants and places to go. She responded very quickly to any questions. Would really recommend it as a base for your trip to Rome

Pros: Host welcomed us to the property, and obviously took care to create a good impression, The taxi app recommendation was very helpful, and the apartment is well presented.

Cons: Wasn’t able to open the shutters which made the rooms dark, had to remind the host we didn’t receive the promised wine which she immediately rectified but would probably have preferred some very basic items milk, bread and there were only three coffee pods. If I wanted to delight my guests I’d have probably left some delicious pastries

Friendly Host, clean accommodations in a great location.

Pros: We really liked the location as it was close to the Colosseum, several restaurants and a little grocery store.. Host was friendly and responsive and the room was really cute and clean!

Cons: It was very hot and the air conditioning was not working when we were there. Also, the people in the room beside us were making strange noises all night long, which of course, is out of the Hosts control. These are only temporary issues, normally I would have rated this place as a 10.

Pros: Very central location with a lovely park opposite.

Cons: As it is central Rome it stays busy so can be noisy at night if you have the windows open. But caithness the windows closed you are not disturbed.
