Pros: Great place to relax, fantastic location away from the super busy historic centre but only a few steps away from the Metro to get there when you want to go.

Pros: We had a truly wonderful 5-night stay in this lovely apartment. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four, with everything we needed. The thoughtful notes explaining each appliance and switch were so helpful and showed the host’s great attention to detail. Above all, the host’s genuine care and constant check-ins made us feel more like staying with family than in a rental Would love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Felt like home! The accomodation has everything you need. Newly refurnished, clean, spacious, ideal for a family or a couple who need extra space. Metro station some metres away, many bus stops nearby. Mini markets cafes restaurants nearby. The host happy to give advice and helped us with everything we asked!

La Host Eliana e suo padre ci hanno riservato una calorosa accoglienza; Eliana si è dimostrata disponibilissima, assicurandoci la sua reperibilità telefonica - soprattutto attraverso messaggi su Whatsapp - per fornirci i ragguagli di cui avevamo bisogno e preziosi consigli per il nostro soggiorno a Roma. Pros: Idéalement placé proche de la gare et des transports en communs, petit appartement propre et fonctionnel. l'appartement ne donne pas sur la route. Les différentes portes d'accès sont munies de codes ce qui évite d'avoir des clés. Eliana nous accueille comme des amis et nous donne de bons conseils
Cons: S'il faut donner un point négatif c'est un peu de bruit de voisinage mais vraiment pas gênant pour dormir.

Pros: От вокзала Термини 10 минут пешком. До других достопримечательностей также ходили пешком. Квартира очень чистая, новая, на кухне есть вся необходимая посуда, микроволновка, кофемашина. Есть и стиральная машина. Хозяин Eliana очень гостеприимна, позаботилась о бутылках с водой, чаем и капсулами кофе по приезду. Также Eliana посоветовала прекрасное кафе для завтрака Variati, где подают прекрасные омлеты и тосты с яйцом пашот, авокадо и семгой. Очень чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Чувствуешь себя, как дома. Есть нюанс, если ваша регистрация попадает в ночное время. Лучше обговорить это заранее с хозяином. В целом, рекомендую

Pros: Wir wurden empfangen, uns wurde alles genau erklärt. Die Wohnung ist neu, hat alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr z.b. , Spüli, Backofen, Mikro, Waschmaschine ..... Die Lage ist ideal, Metro 5 min entfernt, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Zum Kolosseum zu Fuss 15 min.Zum Trevi zu Fuss 30 min oder mit Metro gehts schneller.
Cons: Oberhalb ist der Park Vittorio Emmanuele, abends wenn es dunkel ist nicht so empfehlenswert.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, cerca de Termini para ir caminando y de la zona turística. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y más. La atención de Eliana excelente, siempre atenta y evacuando las dudas. Super limpio todo y muy cómodo. La verdad volvería a hospedarme en el lugar sin dudarlo.

Wonderful host, convenient location
Pros: Host met us on site and was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived a bit late. Her She speaks English well. She was very responsive and quick to answer communications. She gave a lot of great advice about things to do in Rome. She provided guidebooks for dining and activities hand-picked from a local's perspective. The location is convenient with easy access to Termini and Manzoni bus stop. It's not difficult to make public transportation connections to just about anywhere. The apartment is comfortable and safe, well-secured with several locked security points. Air conditioning worked well. The space is not large, but this is to be expected in a city like Rome. The apartment makes efficient use of the available space. Everything you need is there, including a washing machine.
Cons: This is nothing against the host or apartment, but I found that in Italy my outlet adapters (EU to US) did not fit in many outlets. The round prongs on my adapter were too thick to fit into the holes. Probably this is to prevent a grounded adapter from fitting into an ungrounded outlet. This happened to me in several older buildings in Italy. I had to share the grounded outlet with the kettle in the kitchenette. Near Termini is not the most glamorous location, but it is convenient for using the train and bus, of course. This is helpful when taking a bus from the airport. Travelers should note that walking to the apartment from Termini is not easy for rolling suitcases. There is quite a bit of uneven pavement and narrow sidewalks. I recommend exiting Termini and walking directly away to the southwest and aiming for Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and from there towards the apartment.
