Quality accom in expensive locations, value for money

Pros: Location and quality of accommodation were excellent

Cons: Arrival and check in out of hours was a little clunky. Instructions didn’t quite work but staff response was good. All worked out. Our stay from that point forward was outstanding.

Pros: We stayed in the junior suite with a balcony. As long as you are reasonably fit, and can manage up the Spanish Steps, then the location and the view over Rome is spectacular . When I return to Rome this will be my first choice of places to stay.

Cons: It's not a criticism but just be aware it's a guest house and not a hotel . The room was cleaned every day and the apartment couldn't be faulted.

Lovely stay in Rome

Pros: Lovely place to stay in the centre of the action in Rome. Very easy to walk to all the sights, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful big rooms with everything you need and very quiet too. Alessandro our host was very welcoming and quick to help with anything we needed. Amazing place to stay in Rome.

Great accommodation and location

Pros: Great location, stunning view from the balcony. comfortable, spacious room. Comfy beds. Free drinks and snacks in room. Good air conditioning. Helpful staff.

Cons: Wi-fi did go Down one evening, but was fixed the next day.

Pros: Location is great: Close to sites and taxi stand but quiet and relaxing. The workers are pleasant and helpful

Cons: Because of a pilot strike, our airline rebooked us to leave a day early. Despite having some notice, Alessandro charged us fully for the missed day. When we arrived, the toilet wouldn't flush, and it took them a day to complete the repair. Alessandro provided minimal compensation (the value of the tax) for our not having a toilet for an entire day, which seemed less than fair to us.
