Great place to base yourself when in Rome… right next to Spanish Steps. Helpful Staffa nd great clean room.

Pros: Great location, lots of character, gorgeous bathroom, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Breakfast needs improvement.

Very comfortable, central location.

Pros: The location was perfect, the B&B was magnificent and the breakfast was more than ample. In fact we over-ordered on the first morning. It was very useful having umbrellas to grab at the entrance as it poured both days of our stay.

Cons: Our television would not work and we had hoped, after a very long and wet day of sightseeing to get back to the hotel to shower and then relax and watch television. We reported the problem on the first day and it had still not been fixed the second day. We only had a few hours in our room on the second day and would have liked to have had breakfast and caught up on the news. The receptionist tried to fix the problem again (which she did) but it took so long that there wasn't time to enjoy breakfast while watching tv.

Absolutely amazing place!

Pros: I absolutely love the place. Very stylish, cosy. You feel like at home. Breakfast to your room...wow:) Claudia( l guess the host of this place) put buqiet of flowers to our room, such a wonderful, kind gesture. The matrace was very comfortable. The location is great. Defenitelly l will come back.

Cons: All was excellent.

It was all we had hoped for and more.

Pros: We have been several times to this hotel but this was even better than previous. It has been beautifully updated, and its location as always is fantastic right beside The Spanish Steps. All the staff were friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist us. Special mention of Constanza who went with us to locate a particular place after first looking it up online. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Constanza.

Cons: Nothing great wifi, best bed we have ever slept in including our own

Great little apartment in an amazing location

Pros: Brilliant location and lovely spacious accommodation. The delivered breakfast was lovely.

An excellent stay in a beautiful environment so close to Rome’s major attractions.

Pros: Beautiful old building very recently renovated to a high standard Excellent location right by the Spanish steps

Cons: A little difficult to open the main door to the property as it took several attemps fof the code to work.

Was our 1st time in Rome and this property didnt disappoint.

Pros: Great location, extremely helpful staff and spacious.

Pros: Everyone was so helpful Location is great close to so many places + next to metro station Room was comfortable and breakfast was enough.

Cons: Nothing. If you are going there with stroller, elevator can be a bit problem for you. Rather than this everything was good
