Exceptional location with roof top terrace

Pros: Exceptional location in an old building with roof top terrace - big wow! We stayed in a junior suite in #91. There is an antique steel elevator like in a movie. It was part of the experience.

Cons: Water pressure in our room 807 in #91 was quite weak and it took a long time to get hot water in the shower.

Pros: The location, the staff and the apartment roof top. the apartment was very spacious, very clean, the location was amazing .

Pros: They take care of us, they upgrade us and our room was beautiful.

Cons: The check in process was complicated, we need to go up. We didn’t know our room number, it is difficult to find the room.

A real apartment in the heart of Roma

Pros: The property is very centrally located few steps from Piazza di spagna spread into a central building and many apartments around it. We had a nice beautiful apartment not far from the main building with a comfortable bedroom, living room and kitchen. Breakfast was on the top floor of the main building on a beautiful terrasse with flowers, lemon trees and birds. The staff was very friendly and helpful with luggage and any information. The nice morning Capuccino and the welcome glass of Proseco felt like a little heaven of peace on the rooftop away from the animated shopping streets.

Cons: I did not mind having the apartment a bit further away from the main building, but if it was raining, it can be a bit inconvenient... You feel like you are in a rental apartment rather than a hotel with a lobby and big reception.
