Great central apartment to stay
Pros: Fabulous location, Stefano jet us and let us leave our bags even though we were a bit early. He also arranged transport on our departure to the airport. Fabulous apartment and so central to everything.
Cons: Tiny shower but it was fine.

Pros: Stefano was amazing and helped us check in early due to the early flight we were on. The property is in quite possibly the best location just behind the forum walls, with just a short walk to the major sites and Monti with its great selection of restaurants and bars. The apartment has all the facilities you could need and was spotlessly clean on arrival.

An excellent apartment in a fantastic location.
Pros: The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes from via Cavour, the Roman Forum can be seen from the window, and the Colosseum is just 5 minutes away. The facilities in the apartment are very good, a comfortable bed, lots of space to store your clothes (wardrobe and drawers), an iron and ironing board and room safe. The kitchen facilities provided have everything you need. The bathroom is compact, but with all amenities.
Cons: The stairs from the front door are a little steep, and may be an issue for some people. We had no issues though.

Nice find, would recommend
Pros: Great location, quick and easy access to all the main sights. Stefano was friendly and helpful. The QR code for quick connection to the WiFi was a nice touch. The accomodation had everything you'd need and was very clean. Exactly what we were hoping for.

Wonderful apartment at one of the best locations in Rome
Pros: We had excellent communication with our host Stefano before arrival and on arrival, warm welcome and introduction to the apartment. Charming apartment, everything you need, clean and comfortable.

A comfortable apartment for two people located in walking distance to Colosseum, metro stations and authentic restaurant
Pros: The bed was super comfy. The location was fabulous. Quiet at night. Close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum and Cavour & Colosseo metro stations. Great choice of eating establishments. Wonderful rooftop bar in the same street overlooking the Roman Forum. Air conditioning was also excellent. The host went out of his way to meet our needs which was greatly appreciated.
Cons: The 12 steep stairs leading up to the front door. They were brutal after walking all day in the heat, sightseeing. It would have been nice to have a rug on the tiled floor which got a bit dusty underfoot. The apartment could also be improved by installing a fan to move the air around at night as the air conditioner was a bit noisy to have on while sleeping.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location
Pros: The location was excellent. We were within walking distance of all the main attractions. Many nice restaurants in the surrounding area. There was a lively atmosphere at night but not too loud. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures.
Cons: Air conditioning was a bit confusing to work but maybe the remote needed new batteries

Charming holiday in Ancient Rome
Pros: The location is superb, very close to Foro Romano and Colosseo. It feels like you are staying right in the middle of Ancient Rome. The apartment has all the necessities. The host, Stefano, is kind and helpful. This looks like a rather expensive stay first, but we think it's worth the money. Highly recommended especially if this is your first time in Rome.
