Spacious, modern apartment in a quiet building on a stunning street in the Monti area

Pros: A spacious, modern and well-ordered apartment in a beautiful and quiet building on a stunning, hidden street in the Monti area though just a short walk to the Foro Romano. The apartment was very clean and a new shower head had been installed which pumped out plenty of hot water. Both the living area and bedroom were spacious and the arches and white walls gave it more of a Spanish than Rome city-centre feel. Overall, a very satisfying experience in a perfect location.

Cons: Tucked into the corner of the second floor the structure of the apartment does not generate a lot of natural light as there is only one small window high up in the bedroom though in the summer this was not an issue as the ac unit and thick walls kept it cool.

Pros: Perfect location, less than 10 minutes by foot from the colosseum. The apartment is cozy and perfect for a family or group trip. The property was clean and we found everything we needed.

It is a real gift for a traveller

Pros: I was not familiar with a city-plan of Rom, and I was happy to rent an apartment nearby all historical attractions. The closest ones are: Colosseum, Forum, a Column of Trayan. All other sightseens are also not very far from this place. You can investigate almost all historical center by feet. Another benefit is that the flat is situated at a quiet street where there are neither loud crowds nor intensive traffic. There are some pleasant reataurants and pizzerias nearby. It is a real gift for a traveller.

Cons: There were technical issues with electrical equipment. A coffee-machine was completely broken. There was no electrical kettle to heat a tea. There is an air conditioner, but a pult is lost. An electric stove is pretty big and modern. But electricity at the apartment was completely off when we tried to bake a food in the oven. It was a quest to find out an electrical switcher which was situated at a ground floor. Please fix as soon as possible!

Pros: A curta distancia dos principais pontos turísticos.

Cons: Gostamos de tudo, o que poderia melhorar seria o chuveiro que sai pouca agua!

Ubicacion excelente

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, estas a 5 minutos del Coliseo. Las instalaciones muy bien, la cama muy comoda y la cocina bastante completa. El check in fue muy comodo.

Cons: No se puede ventilar bien el apartamento. El baño.

Pros: Un apartamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días visitando la ciudad. La cocina estaba muy bonita muy nueva. Situación muy céntrica para ir andando a todos los lugares del centro histórico. Relación calidad precio estupenda

Pros: La ubicación estamos tan cerca del coliseum, de la fontana de Trevi ayer por la noche conocí otras atracciones que no conocí, un lugar para recomendar a amigos y familia

Pros: Puiki vieta miesto centre. Arti lankytinų objektų. Patogios lovos, gražus senovinis namas su žaviu vidiniu kiemeliu.

Pros: Excelente ubicación. Buena relación precio calidad.

Cons: La comunicación con los anfitriones podria mejorar. Tuvimos problemas con las hormigas. Pocos utiles de aseo para 5 huespedes.
