Pros: Internazionale Domus is the ideal Rome accomodation. Firstly, the communication from the staff was incredible - from confirming room configuration before the trip to clear instructions on how to enter the building, they made it a very stressfree stay. Location is second to none, next to the Spanish Steps. However, just be aware not all rooms have a view of the Spanish Steps. The room was spacious, enough for 2 people with 2 large suitcases. Plenty of wardrobe and bathroom space for us. Overall, would happily stay again and recommend Internazionale Domus to anyone staying in Rome!

Cons: 1. central location so there is a noise once window is opened 2. specific operation hours for reception (checkkin up till 8pm)

Amazing hotel experience in the heart of Rome!

Pros: Exceptional stay in a top location right by the Spanish Steps. The hotel is extremely clean, very convenient, and perfectly situated for exploring the city on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend it — I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Everything perfect- just near Spain Square. Very silent in the night, very clean fresh appartment in the old building. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great location in the heart of Rome and next to a metro station.

Cons: I did not receive the email from the property regarding how to find the entrance so it took me quite some time to find the entrance and the floor the hotel is on. Hairdryer turns off every minute and then you need to wait until you can turn it on again...for another minute so cannot really be used for styling. Apparently this is related to the building's wiring. Room was located right next to the entrance and main corridor, so did not feel as private as other hotels.

Enjoyed every aspect of the hotel.

Pros: Very clean, lovely staff, great location. Had everything you would need in the room. The air conditioning was a god send and the blackout curtains were great.

Cons: Only issue was no milk for the coffee supplied. Every shop we went in didn’t stock milk and had to get some 20 minutes away.

Hotel provided us with secure, clean & spacious accommodation in a great location which I would highly recommend

Pros: Staff/management happy to assist with all requests. Room & amenities including air conditioning were excellent. Our room had lovely view to Spanish Steps. Property provided a safe entry & an overall good feeling of security.

Cons: The elevator was unreliable, meaning we were unable to activate it a number of times to come to our floor to exit building. Luckily it did respond from ground floor to go up. Would have liked an electric kettle rather than just the coffee machine. No hanging space for dresses in an otherwise spacious walk in wardrobe.
