Great flat for families and friends 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum

Pros: This flat was just great, each bedroom was special, very beautiful and originally decorated. There was everything needed in the kitchen and in the terrace. Beds where so comfortable, big rooms and common areas. I recommended 100% if you visit Rome in a big group. 20 minutes away from the Colosseum.

Better than expected! Would definitely recommend and come again!

Pros: Swift responses from the host, great location and super cozy apartment with a fully functional and stocked kitchen! The host was easily accessible via WhatsApp and phone calls. The rooms were bigger than it seems in the pictures :)

Cons: The bathroom doors did not have functional locks, so using the washrooms was a bit weird, as anyone could walk in. We travelled as a large group of friends, so a lot of anxiety while using the washrooms XD. We weren't aware of any neighbor sharing a wall with us. They complained with even a low level of noise.

Pros: Lots of big rooms each with their own shower, toilet. Good location - right near a Metro station and 25min walk into most sight seeing places

Cons: Kitchen/common area very small - didn’t allow the whole group to mingle together comfortably but that wasn’t a big deal

Pros: Appartamento in palazzina comoda e a 500 MT dalla metro in quartiere residenziale.

Cons: Siamo arrivati e la casa non era pulita per un disguido con l' agenzia di pulizie. Il proprietario ha prontamente risolto il problema e concesso un late checkout per scusarsi! Ottima soluzione.

Pros: Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Duży i komfortowy ze wszystkim czego potrzeba. Bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Idealna lokalizacja. Dla grupy 10 osób w wieku 70+ winda w budynku była dodatkowym atutem. Kontakt z opiekunem mieszkania bardzo sprawny. Serdecznie polecam.
