Original apartment Manzoni metro area with lovely terrace
Pros: Very original space! Lovely terra e exactly as shows in profile pictures. Great location: excellent logistics for all major sites, next to metro, but not in a heavily touristy area. Neighborhood is quiet and lined with trees and majestic 19th century homes but next to a lively neighborhood.
Cons: You might change the type of pump that makes a bit of noise in the main bathroom for a quieter one. ;-)

Pros: Na prvom mestu bih pohvalio domaćine, zaista su ljubazni, brzo ogovaraju na poruke, dostupni su ukoliko je potrebna kakva pomoć, savet ili preporuka. Sam stan je interesantan, na svakom koraku su ogledala, a sam stil kojim je stan uređen koliko god da je čudan, ali mi se to svidelo. Uz to stan je prostran, svetao, sa dva kupatila, a posteljina i peškiri su čisti i beli. Još par bitnih stvari, stan je na odličnoj lokaciji, na svega 200 metara od metro stanice i 15 minuta pešaka od koloseuma. Tako da, preporuke za ovaj stan.
Cons: Malo je stvari koje mi se nisu svidele, a neke od njih su to što je noću dosta hladno, bar u dnevnoj sobi, imajte na umu da sam boravio u februaru, u proleće i leto je sigurno drugačija situacija. Međutim na to sam negde bio spreman, jer mi ovo nije prvi put u Italiji i shvatio sam da se u Italiji uglavnog grejanje gasi tokom noći. Druga mana su stepenice, kojih ima previse. Iako se stan nalazio na 5. spratu ipak nisam očekivao da postoje i međuspratovi, pa se čini da je stan na 7. spratu. Ali imajući sve u vidu, stan je za preporuku, mozda ocena koju sam dodelio, a to je 9, nije baš adekvatna, stan je pre za ocenu 8, ali nisam želeo da spuštam ljudima celokupnu prosečnu ocenu, jer sam i sam bio negde između te dve ocene.

Pros: El departamento está a una cuadra del subte, lo que permite llegar facilmente a las principales atracciones turisticas y a Termini. Tiene cuanto electrodoméstico puedas necesitar, lo que hace muy ameno cocinar ahí. Es amplio, con buenos espacios y dos baños. Nosotros eramos tres y nos resultó muy práctico y cómodo.
Cons: Lo unico que podría ser una contra es que el edificio no tiene escalera. El departamento está en un quinto piso. Pero la verdad es que después de subir y bajar un par de veces te acostumbras a las escaleras.

Pros: Lokalizacja, blisko metro, Koloseum, parę restauracji blisko. Cicha okolica. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Mimo paru uwag poniżej nie zepsuło nam to pobytu.
Cons: Dziwne sterowanie światłem ( wszystkie włączniki są w jednym miejscu ), parę rzeczy nie działało: spłuczka ( naprawiona w trakcie pobytu ), wifi, odpada bateria prysznica. Toaleta w sypialni jest super ciasna. Mieszkanie ma mnóstwo rzeczy więc jest niedoczyszczone. Byl problem z ogrzewaniem. Podłogowe się nie włączało. Ogrzewanie z klimatyzacji. Da się z tym funkcjonować, ale wpływa to na ogólną ocenę.

Great stay and location!
Pros: It was decorated nicely especially if you are a movie/comic buff! It’s specious and has all the amenities that you need. It’s very close to the metro and other forms of transportation or you can walk as well. The man (I forgot his name, sorry!) who greeted us and allowed us to come drop off our luggage early was super friendly & welcoming. He even recommended places to go eat and what to sight see!
Cons: There wasn’t really anything. There are a lot of stairs so you will need to be somewhat active lol and also the bed wasn’t as comfortable but nothing we couldn’t handle for two nights.

Découverte de Rome.
Pros: Bel appartement dans Rome avec terrasse et vue. Confortable et bien équipé. Petites attentions de l'agence de réservation. Proche du métro.
Cons: 5 étages à monter, pour nous cela ne posait pas de pb mais je pense qu'il faut le savoir avant de réserver.

Stay was quite good and comfortable
Pros: The total professional and helpful approach of the entire team was exceptional and the location was perfect
Cons: The apartment was on the fifth floor and no elevator was there which was bothersome,especially with luggage
