Pros: Great location, close to a metro station and within walking distance from Termini train station. Spacious and clean rooms.

Cons: The matrasses were quite hard.

Cons: It would be helpful to have a information pack with instructions for washing machine( not obvious ) coffee machine. 1 sofa for 8 people wasn't enough.

Brilliant 1st stay in Rome

Pros: Spacious, airy and clean very close to the subway. The owners were friendly and helpful and very responsive to messages.

Cons: Nothing really. If I was picky we would’ve liked another sofa to chill out on in the evenings. One sofa wasn’t large enough for 6 adults so we sat on the wooden kitchen chairs which weren’t comfortable to relax on.

Excellent, clean, safe and accommodating!

Pros: Although it’s a quieter location the apartment makes up for the cleanliness and comfort. Our host Emma and her husband Claudio were the most courteous hosts I have ever met. Close to tram and metro station it is convenient to go everywhere in Rome. We were a family of seven and stayed very comfortably in this large apartment and felt safe. We have travelled through Italy many times and I rate this place as excellent!!

Great 3room apartment with 3 bathrooms!

Pros: Nice and cozy spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Super friendly and helpful owners. Great communication. Would definitely reccomend!

Cons: Just a tiny thing, that there was slight smell in one of the bedrooms coming from its bathroom due to canalization. Might be because of the rainy weather we had the first day.

Stunning, spectacular, incredible, amazing, and wonderful.

Pros: Everything, the hosts were outstanding, making an incredible effort to allow an early check in, the apartment was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully prepared, and spectacular, nothing was left out, a proud, impeccable and perfectionist family run apartment left nothing to chance, having travelled worldwide I have never had such an incredible and perfect experience, location, comfort, size, cleanliness, ease of check in, everything was carefully thought out, prepared and ready, I wish I could give it a rating of 11+, the only really applicable word to sum it all up is wow 🤩!

Cons: If I tried as hard as I could it would be impossible to find fault with this amazing property.

Pros: Very clean, spacious apartment not far from the Colosseum. Metro station and bus station 5 minutes walk away. The hosts are very kind. We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Most perfect base to explore Rome

Pros: Lovely spacious appartment, spotlessly clean, great location a few steps away from Manzoni metro station (where you can also take tram 3 for a few stops to Coliseum or a bit further to Trastevere). Came during a heatwave so the AC was a lifesaver. Also each room has its own bathroom which made for great comfort! Lorenzo was so friendly and explained everything there was to know. Book without hesitation!

Cons: Nothing. We spent more time walking around rome than in the apartment.
