Pros: The apartment is located very close to the colosseum. Nice restaurants close by. The owner is very acessible and helpful, any message sent was replied straight away. The apartment was modern, clean and shower was nice. There is a fridge in the room and they offer some water and biscuits as a courtesy.

Cons: It didnt bother us, but the fact of the building being old and having no lifts, it might be a problem for some people. Our apartment was on third floor,

Pros: No breakfast . As they explained … there is no lift !! We had very heavy luggage and many stairs … our problem … the Suite was excellent… I personally would pay someone to carry luggage up and down !!!

Pros: Federica was great owner, she made us felt as much as comfortable. Location of hotel is very good, 10 minutes by walk to colloseum, and also very close to metro and bus stations, cafes around nice and good priced.
