Excellent quality for an excellent price

Pros: Excellent localisation, access by walk to all attractions. Nearby many shops and good restaurants and cafes. The place is clean and well equipped. The bed is big and comfortable. Bathroom equipped with everything you expect from a hotel. Can't advise on the breakfast since I didn't use this service. Positively surprised for such high quality and localisation for a very good price. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend. I enjoyed it very much.

Cons: As a tall person (190cm) I found the shower a little bit uncomfortable (the celling in the shower is quite low - my head was touching the celling) but possibly it's because of the particularity of the building which is old. Didn't bother me too much, though.

Pros: The property was very clean and easy to find. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect—very close to the Colosseum and the main train station, making it a hotspot for getting anywhere in the city. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. As a lovely welcoming gesture, the staff also treated us to some snacks and two glasses of champagne, which made our stay even more special.

Pros: The staff were all amazing! So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We could walk everywhere. We saw the new year fireworks from the end of the street which was incredible! The little touches of fruit, water and wine in the bedroom was such a kind touch. This hotel was over €300 less than all the others in the area so I was nervous it would be a lower standard but I could not have been more wrong! We had all we needed and I was so happy to be able to spend the saved money on our excursions and food. My son was ill so we had to stay in the hotel during 2 days which was absolutely fine as we had all we needed. It was comfortable and we could watch all the steaming channels. There is so much to see and do in Rome we will definitely be back and will stay here again. If we needed anything out of the reception hours we could contact the staff by what’s app and they replied immediately. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable xx

Pros: Located just 7 minutes from the Colosseum and close to Roma Termini, with easy access to the entire city center.

A great find in a big city

Pros: Great location in a comfortable, safe and clean neighbourhood, just a few min walk from the Colosseum, and on foot, one can really get to many main sights of Rome within 30 min! Friendly and helpful staff who gave us recommendations and routes. Good food around the area. Room was decent and for a big city’s standards, pretty good value for money.
