Great hosts and a superb location

Pros: The hosts are very helpful and suggest interesting restaurants/gelaterias/etc. The location was superb, about a 10 minute walk from the Colloseum and Forum Romanum. If it the weather allows it, you can walk to the Vatican in under an hour, while you enjoy the sights of Rome.

Pros: Great location, within easy walking distance of major attractions. Umberto and Rosa were so thoughtful and provided us with a range of options for dining. They also organised our transfer to Rome airport. We would happily stay again..

Amazing and central to the attractions!!

Pros: The property had every think you needed and it was close to all the main areas. 15min walk to the colosseum, 20-30mins to the trevi fountain/pantheon. The hosts were amazing keeping us updated with the best restaurants and gelato shops. Thankyou so much Rose and Umberto!

Cons: The room was small but was perfect for what we needed.

Rome stay

Pros: Easy to get to from the main station and a super location for the Colliseum.and Rome centre sights. . Everything there, including some snacks with the coffee was a nice nice.. A Real coffee machine also. Our room was very clean and tidy.. A nice shower. Our Hosts texted to ensure all was OK. Café voucher for next door went down well. Thanks - we enjoyed too the entry up a small cage lift.!

A great option for a short trip to Rome.

Pros: Very good location for the Colisseum and near the train station. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was very good and the people there were nice. Rosa and Umberto could not have been more helpful and provided lots of recommendations. It was great to have access to a kettle and a fridge. Plus a rooftop bar across the street for cocktails! We would certainly stay here again.

Great place for a quick trip, amazing owner

Pros: Very close to the metro, not too far from the heart of the city. Owner is nice and shares his extensive knowledge of the area. The possibility of keeping the luggage inside on the last day is really helpful. Beds are comfortable.

Cons: Walls are a little thin. At night you can sometimes hear the street below.

Good for site seeing

Pros: The room is in an excellent location for all the historical sites and you can easily walk to them all The staff are really friendly and are very helpful

Cons: The room was quite small with not a lot of clothes storage space if you are staying more than a few days and the room was a bit dark due to a wall being close to the windows

Pros: Excellent accommodation , the hosts were extremely helpful and provided us with excellent hints and tips for our stay in Rome . We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the heart of Rome.
