Perfect!

Pros: Fabio was a fantastic host, with travel support and giving us suggestions and tips on the area! The apartment was great in size and very clean, bed was comfy and the shower was perfect! the location is also absolutely perfect, literally surrounded by food and drink, and all of the main attractions are all within a 10 - 20 minute walk. I give this property and host the highest praise, we had an absolutely fantastic time here!

Pros: Our stay at this apartment in Rome was fantastic. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the center, close to all the main attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was exactly as described. We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it!

Pros: The property is in an excellent location close to the major sites in Rome and really close to a lot of great restaurants. There are two bedrooms which are clean and tidy. The sheets are clean and in good condition and the beds are very comfortable and in good condition. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the kitchen/living room are really good. There are plenty of clean towels and the bathroom is good with a good shower facility. Great location for a family to see major sites and good value for money. Fabio is a good host and will organise airport collection for you.

Cons: Nothing really. The apartment is clean tidy and in a great location. If I am being harsh the decoration is a bit basic, but that did not affect our stay, and should not put anyone off staying here.

Would recommend it to friends and stay there again.

Pros: The location was fabulous so close to so many things. We walked everywhere to all the top places. Had the pick of heaps of restaurants. The host was a great communicator, and gave a number of suggestions when it came to eating out.

Cons: Living space was on the small side, but we were only back in the unit to sleep

Great place to stay with a family. All major sights are within walking distance (2-3 km).

Pros: We liked the apartment - perfect size for a family. Small food stores in the immediate vicinity plus numerous dining options. The kitchen had necessary utilities and the host promptly delivered a toaster when we contacted him about it. A very helpful person!
