Highly recommended

Pros: We stayed in a clean and lovely apartment that was both cozy and well-equipped. The owner provided all the necessary essentials, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect—right in the center of Rome, just a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and about 30 minutes to Vatican City. Highly recommended for anyone looking for convenience and comfort!

Pros: Great location, close to the Forum, Colosseum, the Tiber and Trastevere. Just about everything you'll want to see is within walking distance. The owner, Ermanno, is easy to communicate with and helpful. The apartment is big but aging a bit and like a lot of Rome's accommodation, may not suit everyone. We were a party of 7 and could fit but we were stretching the limits with 2 mezzanine rooms. Definitely worth the stay for the location and Ermanno.

Pros: Great location, secure and comfortable. Ermanno, the host, super responsive and provided exceptional recommendations for our stay - food, drink, excursions, travel - both before and after arrival. Arranged taxi pick up

Cons: Was noisy in the street at night - mainly traffic and garbage collection- but we had the windows open due to heat.

Pros: The host was great and very helpful. The location could not be better.

Cons: All the bedrooms needed strairs for access, and the loft bed had stairs closer to a ladder. A young person would have trouble, but my wife would have found it impossible.

we enjoyed our trip to Rome the apartment was the perfect location.

Pros: The location was excellent, the owner was very helpful.

Cons: Third bedroom was up very steep steps/ladder we were unable to use it. Bathroom needs up dating. Boiler kept having to be reset.

Wonderful location. Cute older unit, great Host, will love to stay here again.

Pros: The location is great. Our host provided welcome treats. The flat is old, but if you don’t mind old then everything was great. Unit was clean and mattresses comfortable. Host is very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: It’s an old unit, so if you don’t like old then keep looking, especially if you’re picky about every little thing.
