Overall would recommend this property.
Pros: The location was central and close to everything. The property was clean and functional. It was up to date and modern.
Cons: The water pressure was not strong enough and very weak, taking a shower was challenging due to the low water pressure. The internet service was not strong and at times disconnecting. Also, there was no dish clothes in the kitchen to dry dishes and utensils.

Pros: Excellent location close to all of Rome's great attractions. We walked everywhere and enjoyed that Sto Bene was steps away for our morning cappuccino. We loved the space it provided with the 2 levels and the 2 bathrooms. Everything was clean and worked well and Marvan was so helpful with answering questions and helping to arrange transport to and from the airport. Grazie!

Great location! Same as advertised! Met all of our expectations
Pros: We liked staying in this charming 2 story apartment the most during our travel to Italy. It's a short walk away from busy streets of Rome. Very quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of a church from living room window. We had a fully functional kitchen, a dining room and a living room w/smart TV. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds/mattresses covered with white linen, fresh/white towels and other toiletries. We were comfortable and safe.
Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like about this apartment!100% satisfied!

Central, comfortable appartment. A wonderful place to spend 1 or 2 weeks in Rome.
Pros: This location was just perfect for our visit to Rome - we were able to easily walk to wherever we wished to visit - we walked to the Vatican Museums, the Spanish steps and Borghese gardens, to the Colosseum and Baths of Caracalla then the Testaccio in addition. Very close to great bars, Campo di Fiori, the Jewish Ghetto and to Trastevere, we were spoilt for choice in where to go to wander and dine. We strongly recommend this area of Rome if you are fond of walking, as everything is so accessible. There was great AC but we didn't actually need it! Even in December, the apartment was warm and cosy.
Cons: Not much - we really felt like a local staying here.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Macken.
Pros: Top-Lage, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz.
Cons: Die Fenster sind einfach verglast; man hört alles, es zieht und bei einem Gewitter hat der Wind sogar Regen durch die Dichtung gedrückt. Klospülung nicht sehr stark. Wasserdruck sehr gering. Hatte überall unsere Ankunftszeit angegeben (ca. 19h, jeweils mit Vorbehalt von Stau o.ä.), und per WhatsApp kommuniziert. Dennoch mussten wir 30 Minuten auf die Schlüsselübergabe warten, weil die Person zeitgleich noch eine andere Wohnung in einer anderen Ecke Roms übergeben musste, wo die Familie ca. 19:15 ankam. Statt mit offenen Karten zu spielen, wurden wir hingehalten und uns wurde gesagt, wir seien ja „delayed“, da wir statt 19:00 um 19:10 da waren. Das erklärte im Nachhinein dann auch die zahlreichen Anrufe und WhatsApp bei mir, um unsere „exakte“ Ankunftszeit herauszufinden. Nicht optimal!

Great Appartment for family with 2-4 kids.
Pros: Outstanding location, outstanding Appartment newly renovated! This is very good bargain! Huge apartment with huge living room and two bedroom and two bathrooms. Elevator in the building.
Cons: Nothing. Just the fact that arriving after 20:30 you have to pay 25euro… why?!?!

This is a beautiful and relaxing apartment in the heart of Rome.
Pros: The apartment was spacious, a great fit for a family of 5 who are all adults. We felt safe and at home. The shutters added an extra layer of culture and safety. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and a washer. The lift made it easy to get to our room after a long day. The air conditioning was wonderful after a hot day in July.
Cons: After washing my clothes, i needed a way to dry them. We Learn to step up or down between rooms.

Cons: Douchecel aan reparatie toe - halve deur ontbrak. Te weinig keukenhandoeken en ontbrekend afwasmiddel.
