Pros: I liked that we had everything we needed. Also refill for snacks and drinks.

Cons: At first the door was a problem, but was solved fast.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Roma Elena! The apartment was clean and was also kept clean during our stay. The 'Spanish Steps' room was spacious for 2 people and included towels and a balcony. Sharing two bathrooms with in total 3 guestrooms is great, since chances are small that both are taken at the same time! Communication with the host was great and the kitchen comes fully equipped, even including some free snacks and drinks! Overall this adds up to amazing price for value!

Cons: The location is convenient, close to a tram to the main station (17 mins - 25 mins) or a metro to the colloseum (25 mins). Other attractions are a bit further and require taking an additional bus or metro.

Pros: Had a great stay in Rome! The property was comfortable, clean, tidy, and felt like home! Loved the kitchen space too! Loved all the free snacks and drinks which was great! There’s a bus and tram stop next to the property which took us to the city centre, which was really reliable and made it easy to travel around.

A modern, clean and comfortable apartment a short tram journey from Termini station.

Pros: The apartment looked as it had recently been renovated and was immaculate throughout with modern furniture and decor. Very clean. Each room was provided with some complimentary milk and drinks which was thoughtful and there was a well equipped modern kitchen which, if you wanted to cater for yourself, would be a real bonus. There is a supermarket opposite. Our room was large, with a balcony and was quiet overnight. You could see the hills in the distance and there was a nice sunset. There were two shared bathrooms which were modern and good. Helpful instructions received from the owner so it was easy to find and get in.

Cons: The apartment is in a block of flats with a lift and is a 15/20 minute tram journey from Termini station. (Trams were being renovated when we stayed so we used replacement buses which was fine). There is also a metro station in the area. If you don't mind the short journey to central Rome this isn't a problem.

Pros: We received very detailed instructions about how to enter the property which was super helpful. Our room was modern, spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were! There were two shared bathrooms and only a small number of guests so we never had to wait our turn to use one. We didn't really use the balcony much because the street was quite noisy, however, the windows were insulated well and it did not bother us once inside. This is certainly a place I would want to stay at again!

Beautiful place to stay in Rome

Pros: - Modern, clean, and extra spacious room that felt like a studio itself. With balcony :) - The free drinks were an extra touch. - There are 4 rooms in the flat and two bathrooms, but we did not meet anyone during our stay. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Did not have to wait once for the bathroom. - The host sent us through instructions and tips, which we appreciated. - Towels included in the price. - Supermarket and tram/bus station in front of the property.

Cons: The upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy, but we slept okay. Location ok, but around 30-40 mins to the main attractions (around 25 min to Termini).
