Pros: Clean and comfortable room, excellent location, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Also close to the center and monuments, I recommend to everyone!

Nice place to visit Rome.

Pros: The place is sorrounded for cafes and pizzeria where most locals attend and does not have overwhelmed prices.

Cons: Entry was little bit complicated and since metro is not normally working, reach city center took more time than usual.

Lovely room on outskirts of Rome

Pros: Great location with links to the metro, bed was very comfortable

Cons: Entry system was a bit tricky but once in all good

Pros: -the room was clean and well equipped, including a hair dryer, shower gel and AC -the location was great - the subway takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes -good restaurants and caffes nearby

Cons: -nights were a bit noisy, but that’s just Rome I guess :)

Pros: The is very comfortable and very clean. The host (Lady in black) was very nice. Near the metro 🚇 station. Auto check -in is very easy .

Pros: I liked the room. It was big, cosy and comfy. Definitely worth the price.

Cons: The check in system was extremely confusing. People who are not good at detective games should not choose here :D There are 5-6 steps to check in. You have to upload a photo your passport, and a photo of you and the passport. When you arrive there are 4 different doors you have to open and it is done through a website I have never heard before. When I talked about how confusing it was, the owner or the employee in charge hinted that I am the only one who find this system confusing and he was sending me emojis??? LOL.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: I really liked the location; it reminded me of my own neighborhood in Warsaw. It's a chill place where you can unwind away from the crowds after a whole day of doing very touristy things and lots of walking. Easy access to the metro is excellent, and there are also lots of shops nearby and places to eat, so all good in this regard. The apartment was tidy and had everything I could wish for. Given the owner's responses, griping about the access system might not be a good idea :D Personally, it was smooth sailing for me, although I encountered a few hiccups due to slow mobile internet. However, my dad would've likely struggled with the tech and language barrier - instructions are clear for English speakers with tech know-how. It seems the Pigneto Guest House team is responsive and ready to assist, although I didn't need to reach out for help myself.

Pros: I liked everything especially that it was near a metro, it had a great place to eat breakfast and enjoy a coffee or an ice cream.

Cons: Maybe only that people that stay here need to be reminded that they need to stay quiet past midnight.
