A great place to stay if you go to Rome.
Pros: Clean, had everything we needed, conveniently located close to the Metro, bus, great local restaurants. Most of all Stephy was a gracious and amazing host. She gave lots of excellent advice on local restaurants and helped make reservation (we loved Osteria Qui se Magna!), where to go in Rome and was generally so helpful and kind. Breakfast cafe was easy to get to, great cappuccino and sweet, Italian breads, but also sandwiches. Stephy arranged for pick up from the airport, a very pleasant ride and lots of good advice on things to do as well.

Amazing stay!
Pros: We loved our stay at Stefy's Rooms, the owner was very sweet, informative and accomodating. The room was very clean and had everything needed for a nice holiday. The kitchen is shared among guests, so if you want to prepare a small meal, that is a possibility! Metro station Malatesta (Line C) is very close by, so traveling to the city centre is super easy.
Cons: The matrasses were a bit hard for our liking, but we are used to very soft bedding. Other than that there was nothing to dislike at Stefy's Rooms. We would definitely return!

Уютный отель в тихом районе, восхитительная хозяйка
Pros: Отель уютный, комната с балконом на тихую зеленую улицу. Недалеко расположен большой супермаркет Каррефур. До станции метро Малатеста идти 10 минут. Есть лифт и уютная кухня. Хозяйка просто восхитительная, очень тепло приняла, все рассказала о о достопримечательностях Рима, Заселился в 12 часов. Такси долго не приезжало, так хозяйка помогла - сама довезла до вокзала Термини. Я впервые встречаю такой восхитительный прием гостей, помощь в любых ситуациях.
Cons: Мне не понравилась работа общественного транспорта Рима. Целая линия метро С, со станцией Малатеста закрыта по нескольку дней в месяц. На станции висит об этом объявление. К сожалению, я не знал, что метро закрыто, что нарушило мои планы. До центра помимо метро можно добраться и на автобусах, например, № 81, но они редко ходят, идут до центра долго, переполнены. Я думаю, что хорошо бы хозяйке при заселении гостей выдавать им информацию, в какие дни не работает метро.

Pros: Accoglienza perfetta. La Signora è stata gentilissima e cordiale. Ci ha fornito la cartina di Roma, spiegato come muoverci con i mezzi pubblici e suggerito ristoranti tipici. La struttura è carina e molto pulita, fornita di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno, il parcheggio è dentro un cortile con cancello automatico per cui accessibile solo ai residenti della struttura. La colazione si consuma in un bar convenzionato ben fornito. Consiglio assolutamente 😊

Una notte sola, ma come a casa
Pros: La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è stata la cura degli ambienti. Le piante al balcone, il colore delle tende, piccoli particolari che hanno reso molto piacevole il soggiorno. Chiaramente oltre a tutto il resto.

It is a perfect place to stay in terms of value for money.
Pros: Breakfasts were good: despite the café provides only sweet bakery, you can also ask for sandwich with ham. Stefy was very nice and helpful. I like a direct transport to the city center, although it took around 50 min of ride. The room was cleaned every day, and the beds were made.
Cons: The bedroom could do with a better renovation (while bathroom is good and clean), but it is completely compensated hospitality of Stefy, tasty breakfasts, and cleanliness.
