Perfect place but a little bit more info about the neighborhood and transportation woud be perfect.

Cons: We didnt know that you didnt clean up the room every day - means no housekeeping - you have to ask for toilet paper - no information about the location and neighborhood.

Pros: It’s near to the metro station. It was clean and very colourful. The bed is comfortable. The terrace is amazing.

Cons: They forgot to send me a code for the front door but answered me very fast so it was not a problem.

Pros: The accommodation is located in Pinjet, which is a charming neighborhood full of great cafes and restaurants! The metro line C station is only a few minutes away, as well as a market and a pharmacy. Room number 4 is neat and clean with a mini kitchen and all the necessary things for a stay of several days. The accommodation has a common kitchen and a terrace that is great for relaxing and enjoying. We would definitely come here again!

Cons: There are no storage unit for your laguags, but rather you can leave them in the shared kitchen, where anyone can access them

Pros: The location was very nice, in a very quiet part of Rome, yet easy to navigate. It is a 30 minute ride to center, near the metro station Pigneto. Lots of places to enjoy good food for reasonable prices. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, they also have an amazing rooftop with a pretty view, where you can enjoy the evening or morning)

Great neighborhood and a nice place to stay

Pros: The area was a big surprise. Full of art with beautiful paintings on buildings. Short distance to restaurants and bars, along with breakfast places. Very short distance to the metro system for those who don't like to walk to the center. Actually, the walk towards Trevi Fontana was very nice, with a lot of nice cafés and bars on the way. Everything also seemed to be cheaper in this area.

Cons: The booking procedure was strange. First, I told booking.com, when I booked, about my arrival; then I got a request to put it in again with personal information; and when we arrived at the premises, I noticed I didn't have the key code for the front door, so I had to call. Then I was told that I didn't provide information on our arrival time, and therefore I didn't receive the code until after my call. All went well; we only had to wait a couple of minutes, but this is something I would recommend fixing. In the area, even though the art is beautiful, there is a lack of cleaning of the streets! It seems that the streets get cleaner as you get closer to the center.

Pros: Πολύ ξεχωριστό, art-loving και φιλικό κατάλυμα με χαρακτήρα, σε πολύ όμορφη γειτονιά στο Pigneto. Αντικειμενικά, από άποψη θορύβου, τα μαγαζιά που υπάρχουν γύρω δεν είναι τόσο loud ώστε να σε ενοχλήσουν. Καθαρό και όμορφο απλο δωμάτιο με πινελιές χρώματος. Διαθέτει κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα και όμορφα διαμορφωμένη βεράντα που ευνοεί την κοινωνικοποίηση και την μελέτη. Καλή συνεννόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη μέσω των μηνυμάτων της εφαρμογής.

Cons: Θεωρώ υπερβολή να χρεώνεται έξτρα το καθάρισμα κατα τη διάρκεια της διαμονής (4 βραδια μόνο) και μάλιστα 25 ευρώ. Επίσης μικρό μπάνιο όπου η πόρτα ανοιγε προς τα μέσα. Όταν μπαίνεις στο μπάνιο έπρεπε αναγκαστικά να μπεις μέσα στη ντουζιέρα ώστε να χωρέσεις και να κλείσεις την πόρτα. Βέβαια είχε και ξεχωριστό νιπτήρα με καθρέπτη εντός του δωματίου που διευκολύνει πολύ την κατάσταση, αν είστε δύο άτομα.

Pros: Tutto, partendo dalla comodità della posizione, a pochi metri dalla Metro C, alla cordialità e la precisione dell’host, menzionando la bellezza della struttura in sé, la cura dei dettagli e tutte le accortezze per offrire tutte le comodità agli ospiti.

Cons: Niente, abbiamo apprezzato tutto.

Buena opción para viajar en pareja

Pros: La habitación era muy cómoda, la cama estaba genial y con buena ropa de cama para el frío, las zonas comunes como la cocina estaban realmente bien y cerca de la parada del metro y del bus que te acercan al centro de Roma

Cons: La ducha era bastante pequeña (entraba una persona justo) y la habitación sin el aire caliente puesto era bastante fría
