Great Stay

Pros: The place is a cozy stay with a local neighborhood. The connectivity to the city centre is good. The major attractions are around 35-40 mins from the stay. The place is as it is mentioned in the description. It's very clean, safe and calm. The host is very responsive and nice. The self check-in is smooth and the instructions are very clear. The best thing is that considering the price and place, this is a really good option for tourists if you're okay travelling a bit and saving some money. Lastly, if you're hungry there are really nice eateries around as well which serve Italian delicacies. Nearest metro- Malatesta.

Cons: Nothing. It's worth the price so no complains.

Pros: Very nice host; the property was located at the ground floor of an appartment building in a quiet residential district, was spacious and quite well-equipped for the price, comfortable and clean.

Pros: The place It was clean. The building it's located in is clean, the room and kitchen are clean and tidy, with a fan, and a private bathroom and shower... clean and tidy, good! 5 minutes from the metro C and in front of the metro there is a supermarket for shopping, very convenient.

Cons: The room is located far from the center, so you have to take two to three subways to get there or back That takes too much time, approximately 45 minutes go there and walking to change subways. Metro C takes a long time between one and the other.so yes The transportation system From Rome it is not efficient, so it takes a long time, and you have to be patient because the time between subways is looong. Almost always or most of the time

Pros: A comfortable place to stay. A bus station is nearby. Quite and peaceful atmosphere.

Cons: We were not prepared to pay an extra 28 € as a tax. So be ready to pay extra 7€ for the night for each traveler.

Pros: Our Host Anna was so helpful and friendly. She answered all of our questions. She was so easy to communicate when its needed. Room, shower and everything was so clean and usable. Opportunities inside the room was very thoughtful. We always felt safe during the time we spend there.

Pros: The apartment was located on the ground floor which was great because especially during summer months there was not that hot. The kitchen is lovely, the apartment is quite modern and the location is superb. The neighbourhood offer many ristorantes und trattorias so you really can eat with the locals. What is more, the apartment is situated about 3 minute walk from metro stop Malatesta, so getting to the city centre is easy. 100% can recommend, great value for thr money paid.
