Lovely flat with wonderful terrace in historical centre of Rome
Pros: A pittoresk flat with a wonderful terrace in a calm part of historical centre of Rome. It's walking distance to almost everything you want to visit. When you get tired of walking around in the city you can just go back to the flat and rest in the sun on the terrace. A wonderful place to enjoy a dinner ❤️ We kept in contact with the owner through Whatsapp and we got a fast answer almost every time. They were very friendly and can arrange with a taxi from the airport if you want. Otherwise you just grab the bus to the Vatican stop and walk for 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants in the area around the flat.
Cons: You have to climb alot of stairs to get to the flat as it is situated on third floor. There is also a staircase in the flat with the entrance and kitchen on first level and bedroom/living room, toilet and terrace at second level. No big problem if you can climb stairs, but there is no elevator so you need to be able to climb stairs.

Pros: Great location, a few steps from Piazza Navona and other sights. Comfortable and clean apartment, large balcony with a view. Very good communication with the host.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with lots of rustic charm. Easy to reach by bus from Termini station. There are many restaurants nearby, yet the apartment itself is located on a quieter side street. We had a great stay in this apartment.

Pros: Замечательная локация. 3 минуты от Пьяцца Навона. Рядом множество кафе и магазинов. Квартира двухуровневая. На первом этаже кухня, на втором - спальни и терраса. В принципе, есть все необходимое. Заселение прошло отлично - спасибо Анне, ждала нас и все показала!
Cons: Самое неприятное - слышимость. Квартира на площадке напротив тоже сдается, но ощущение, что люди живут в твоей) Две ночи мы фактически не спали, потому что у соседей были гости, а потом ранний выезд. Слышно абсолютно все все! Лестница действительно узкая и крутая. С тяжелыми большими чемоданами было трудно. Заезд поздний - в 16, а выезд строго в 10. Это очень неудобно. Связь с объектом непростая: писала за месяц, ответ так и не получила. Пишут сами с другого номера ровно за неделю. До этого связаться по указанным контактом не получилось. Зато по выезду начали писать за 2 дня, отвлекая от отдыха, чтобы мы выехали ровно в 10( Сантехника уставшая, душ очень маленький. Крупным или высоким людям будет трудно - потолки низкие.

Magnifique appartement
Pros: Appartement avec une magnifique terrasse au 3ème étage avec une vue sur les toits de Rome. Situé a 2 minutes de la place Navone. Plein de restos autours. L'appartement est bien équipé même si la salle de bain est petite. A noter: le canapé-lit est dans la chambre, donc pas de problème avec 2 enfants mais si vous êtes 2 couples, il n'y a pas d'intimité. Salle de bain toute petite mais fonctionnelle. Communication facile via whatsapp.
Cons: La lumière dans la cuisine pourrait étre mieux. Quand il fait beau, pas de problème, on mange dehors mais sil il pleur, manger dans la cuisine est un peu glauque. C'est mal insonorisé donc si les voisins ne sont pas respectueux (ce qui a été notre cas où j'ai dû me lever à 5h du mat' pour demander d'arrêter de faire du bruit) c'est un peu l'enfer. Si vous êtes semnsible aux bruits, évitez cet appartement.

Lækker lejlighed med skøntagterasse
Pros: SMUK og charmerende lejlighed med en skøn terrasse med udsigt over tagene i den gamle bydels små gader. Virkelig dejlig lejlighed. Og terrassen er så skøn, når man har brug for en pause fra byen trummerum. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage!
Cons: WIFI'en var ikke så stabil, og badeværelset - særligt bruseren - er småt. Men det må forventes, når man bor i en gammel ejendom i det historiske centrum.

Quaint and perfect apartment in the heart of Rome!
Pros: Beautiful apartment for our family stay in Rome with super responsive staff! The terrace provided a lovely place to start our mornings with coffee and a perfect way to end each evening with a gelato from right down the street. Inside the sleeping area was surprisingly big while being as quaint as we’d expect with the location. And of course the location was out of this world, steps away from shops, food, and major attractions!
