Spacious Room and Helpful Staff

Pros: Private parking lot, fenced and monitored by cameras About a 10-minute walk to the tram; trams run every 10 minutes The room is large and spacious Staff and owner are very friendly and helpful Convenient on-site restaurant for dinner

Cons: The furniture is a bit old, but still perfectly fine The bathroom had stains and noticeable limescale/urine-scale buildup

Pros: Location, staff. What you can pay for at the front desk

Cons: Price and quality. There could have been more light, the Internet only worked in the yard.

Pros: Needs shelf bathroom and another in shower. TV needs to be hung on wall to free much needed table. Owner needs to complain with council to clean piled up rubbish skips and street leading to house. Simone was very helpful even held our luggage in his store after we checked out.

Pros: Beautiful little room with a classic Italian style

Pros: I had a lovely big room, the shower was great. It has a country vibe even though it is in the city, it was nice to hear the birds singing in the morning. Vicenzo was very friendly on my arrival and explained transport options to me.

Cons: It was a little far out from the many city but there are many ways to get there which all take about 40 minutes. Having said that it is great if you like mixing with the locals.

Pros: The location was great, only 15 min away from the metro station. The room was clean, no disturbing from the outside, great view with the balcony only for us ! The host was really nice, and helpful. :)

Very nice host and great accommodation!

Pros: Vicenzio is a great host, has a good energy and it is extremely helpful! Also the area is very quiet, close to the public transportation, but there is no city noise. The bathroom has windows and it's quite large. We had a fridge in the room and there is also a terrace outside, a small playground for those with children, an automatic machine for drinks and water.

Cons: The photos showed on booking present very large rooms, a dining area/restaurant area for taking breakfast and unfortunately they don't serve breakfast since covid, and the room was tiny but comfortable, enough for 2 people. That was a bit disappointing with the breakfast, but we understood. Maybe they should remove those pictures so it's not misleading.

Pros: The host was very friendly and the venue is quiet and you can relax here after a day in Rome

Pros: Very nice and welcoming host. The place is near an empty field so the air is cool (visited beginning of Sept), and the place is quiet. The room we had was comfortable and had good amenities. It's not a long walk from the tube and transport. Overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Cons: The WiFi signal was not good in our room, but was good just outside of it in the sitting area. The ventilation shafts in the bathroom could use a bit of extra cleaning as it had accumulated too much dust.

Great stay and great location!

Pros: The host was very nice and spoke English well. The room everything as described and was very comfortable. There was a terrace outside with a roof where you could sit, which was very pleasant in the morning and evening.
