Great stay - property is comfy and quiet and has all the necessary facilities

Pros: Everything was as described - comfy and quiet stay - good bed

Cons: Location is not central Rome but area is safe enough and has facilities and shops, (otherwise would have scored 10 for all)

Amazing trip

Pros: The staff is friendly, especially Rafaella. You can access the centre of Rome by bus or tram from the accommodation. The room was spotless and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing to say about this. I liked my stay there.

Pros: I loved the convenience of the apartment being well equipped and it's proximity to a bus stop and the tram station! Madalena is very kind as well and made me feel at home

Pros: The lady was really helpful and the room was clean. Location is worth the price. It takes 40-60 minutes by public transport to go to tourist area. But the rest was ok

Comfy and clean

Pros: The host was super friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and comfy, and was obvuous that the host payed so much attention to every detail. There is a nice bakery few minutes from the property. It takes 45min-1h to get to the historic center by bus, but all the stations are close and there are multiple options to get there.

Pros: The Arte nei Colori is exceptionally good value for accommodation in Rome. It is a little bit out of the centre but there is very good means of transport,in and out. Maddelena, our host, is a lovely,friendly woman. She gave us tips and advice about our stay. Also, Valentina is lovely and was very helpful. The accommodation is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. There is the use of the kitchen, with all amenities, that we were not expecting. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Arte nei Colori. We very much enjoyed our stay in Rome. John and Margo, from Ireland.

Amazing!

Pros: The room was lovely, very clean and had all amenities needed. The owner was exceptionally helpful and lovely and even used Google translate to translate everything during check in. Check in was in depth and the coffee machine in the kitchen was an excellent bonus! The location is nice being a bit further out of the city centre and right next to transport links. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants by the guest house. Amazing stay, thanks so much! We will definitely be recommending the guest house to our friends and family!
