Good for price
Pros: It's a great room. The bed is large and very comfortable, and there's plenty of space. It also has a convenient table, which is really useful, The building is very quiet, and the neighbours are peaceful too perfect for a relaxing stay. It's also very accessible, with train and bus connections that take no more than an hour from the most far away locations of the city.
Cons: In summer the fan isn't enough to keep you cool, if you can't handle sleep in a warm room, avoid unnecessary complaints. the cleaning is acceptable but they can do it better.

Pros: Comfortable and close to bus stops. Kitchen was great and had everything
Cons: Shower head wouldn’t stay on the wall hook but to be fair I haven’t stayed anywhere where it has.

Pros: The host provided us the info for self checkin. The room was clean, the shared bathroom and kitchen were clean and the apartment had everything we needed. The room had a spacey balcony and the beds were comfortable. The decor was also cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The only downside is the location. The apartment is pretty far from the center but if you put your head to it the public transport is ok. The amazing pizza restaurant that is only 2 minutes away by foot compesated for the location. Also there are grocery shops near with really good italian food: coldcuts, cheeses, sauces and fancy breads.

Pros: Very good location for the price, has everything that is listed, very satisfied with our stay.
Cons: Wear earplugs while sleeping because walls are a bit thin, but nothing too serious for me.

Pros: I would recommend to stay here, it is budget, comfortable and not far from city, here is everything what you need for your tripping. I was using bust 105, also where is station 105 there is Carrefour market 24/7 and around pizzerias. host was vary helpfully, explained me everything how to use key, I checked in 10 pm and before this time he was on line with me. So I will come bach here

Pros: The overall stay was very nice. The place is well-communicated with the center of Rome. It's a nice neighborhood with old aqueducts just around the corner. We had a pleasant time there. We shared the bathroom and kitchen with other guests but all was clean and we really liked it. In general, we recommend!
Cons: When we arrived, we could not get into the building, even though we announced our arrival time to the owner. We got into the building when somebody else living there was coming in. When we finally arrived to the room, there were wet towels and used bedsheets after some other person, there was trash in the trashcan. It was 12.50 and even though we announced our approximate arrival time to the owner, they said that they didn't expect us at that time. Anyways, that was not a big issue.

I would come back again
Pros: The landlords were very accessible even though we haven't met. We communicated only through messages. The location is well connected with Termini station even during late night-early morning shifts. Around the accomodation are some markets so you can provide yourself with groceries. I got the impression that someone is coming daily to clean the flat and was positively surprised. The water is hot and the heating is on. I would come back again! :)
Cons: Leftovers in the kitchen and open older groceries could be thrown and fridge could be cleaned.

Send in advance information on how to get inside the apartments.
Pros: Very budget option, nice place, interesting acquaintances. Quiet, peaceful, the apartment is furnished with taste, and with all amenities. Nearby there is everything you need, stores, cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, public transportation stop.
Cons: A little noisy as the apartments are next to a busy road, no elevator.
