The apartment was fine.

Pros: The apartment was fine, everything was accessible, and close to convenience stores, tourist attractions, and the train station. The owner was polite and helpful. I think I'll use this address again in the future. Definitely recommendable apartment.

Apartamento acogedor y centrico, repetiriamos.

Pros: El alojamiento era perfecto para pasar unos dias y descubrir Roma. Muy centrico, andando se puede llegar a los principales puntos de interes y muy cerca descubrir la estacion Roma Terminini. Roberto ha sido encantador, siempre pendiente y ayudando a todo lo que podia.

Pros: Roberto ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einem auch Anreise und Abreise sehr unkompliziert macht. Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Meine Freundin und ich waren ausschließlich zu Fuß unterwegs. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung enthielt alles, was wir brauchten.

Cons: Für mich war die Wohnung zu dunkel, da die Fenster auf sehr enge Innenhöfe gehen. Aber wir waren tagsüber ohnehin immer draußen, so dass diese Besonderheit für uns keine große Bedeutung hatte.

Nous serions prêt à revenir dans cet appartement ou à le conseiller à nos proches

Pros: L'appartement est bien situé, quartier calme, à 15' à pied de la gare Termini, l'accès au métro et bus à 10 ', à 20 ' à pied de la fontaine Trevi par exemple. Il est très propre, bien équipé pour cuisiner, climatisation. Les échanges avec l'hôte se sont fait uniquement via WhatsApp, très réactif, tout s'est très bien passé.

Cons: Nous avons bien dormi mais le matelas nous à paru particulierement mou.

Pros: El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de termini (estación de tren) y al lado de la basílica de santa María la Mayor. Se puede descansar muy bien, no había ruido por las noches. Está muy bien equipado. Lo recomendaría 100%

Pros: After enduring a particularly hot spell, we truly valued the strong air conditioning. The property’s prime location—just a short walk from the city’s main attractions—allowed us to easily return during the day to cool off between lengthy morning and late afternoon outings. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable family vacation. The host was exceptionally responsive to all our requests.

Pros: The property was situated in a location between the train station and all the major attractions. It was easy to get to with pleanty of places nearby tograb a quick bite to eat. The host was amazing and communicated with us instantly whenever we had any questions about our stay. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Rome.

Pros: Grazioso appartamento dotato di tutto l’occorrente indispensabile per un piacevole soggiorno. Ottima la posizione,vicino ai vari luoghi di interesse.Tranquillo di sera, cosa non da poco,per chi vuole riposare bene dopo un‘intera giornata a visitare la città.Il proprietario molto gentile e sempre disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.Super gradita l‘accoglienza che ci ha riservato e lo spumante per il brindisi di capodanno😊Un ringraziamento anche al collaboratore Marco.Che dire di più ,io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo e l’appartamento ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Super approvato e consigliato!
