Pros: The room was small but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, tea/coffee available, fridge, wardrobe, and tv . The host was very welcoming and would stay again.

Pros: The rooms are in a very quiet district, close to the bus stop. Everything was clean.

Cons: The room was very small and the air conditioner was blowing right at us when we slept.

Pros: friendly hostess, clean, cozy. there is a coffee machine, kettle, TV. and inside it is cool and without air conditioning

Cons: the only noticeable drawback is the location of the rooms in the basement, and your window is at the level of the pedestrian sidewalk. with all the consequences in the form of the sounds of footsteps, conversations of passing people and sounds of passing cars and motorcycles

Wonderful place to stay if you come to explore Rome

Pros: Friendly staff. Our check-in was handled by the manager Maria, who provided us with all the necessary information in advance and also found the opportunity to check us in before the official check-in time. Maria's responsiveness made it possible not to waste a single minute in this wonderful city so we are very grateful to her. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a metro station nearby from which you can reach the main attractions within 10-15 minutes. And for those who are not afraid of walking you can get there on foot getting to know the city. There is a cafe just up the street where you can have breakfast.

Pros: I loved how big the room was. The bathroom was also very comfortable. The hotel is really close to a bus stop so that is a bonus point. About two streets away there is a supermarket. In the room they gave us coffee in capsules and water. There is also a teapot electric heater, air conditioner and it's overall a great room.

Cons: I wish the staff would had been present for longer. I only saw the receptionist once. The location of the hotel is a little lonely, not many people drive or walk by. That might be good for some people but for me, I feel safer when I see people walking around the street

Pros: We were really satisfied with the room it is really big and has a lot of space in it. Beds were very comfortable and we also had a tv. Location is great, we were 5 minutes from metro station and it takes around 15 minutes with it to the city center. Also there is a lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the area and small shopping mall also around the corner.
