Comfortable and modern room located in a central area within Rome!

Pros: Everything was great, the location was just a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station which connects you with all parts of central Rome within a few minutes. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and communication with the host was exceptional. I will definitely revisit the next time I find myself in Rome!

Great stay in Rome, in a good neighbourhood

Pros: Everything was great. Fabrizio always checked on us to see if we're alright, which was very kind and nice of him. He gave us clear instructions regarding the self check in and self check out and everything we needed. The location is close to bus stops and Re Di Roma Metro Station.

Cons: At one point the hot water didn't work, but it solved quickly.

A perfect stay in a clean, well-located apartment with a thoughtful host.

Pros: The apartment was perfect — very clean, well-equipped, and ideally located just 25 minutes walking from the Colosseum. The host was extremely kind and attentive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well.

Pros: Place was great! Everything met our wishes. Place is near the city centre, so you can easily travel to popular places in Rome with public transport. In this place we found great dining places. For breakfast we went to Poppies Coffee bar. For lunch we choose Vitelloni SAN GIOVANNI which have unique menu selections. We were pleasantly surprised about our Apartment owners atention and careness during our stay. He really made sure everything was well, it made our trip easier. All in all, we rate this place 10/10!!!

Pros: Its in a great safe location, restaurants, main attractions close, metro, public transport verry close. Owner really helpful, and makes sure you will have a nice stay, if i come back i would love to stay here again. 10/10 experience.

Great experience and location for first time visitors.

Pros: The room was very clean. The location is near the subway and many convenient bus stops only few minutes walk from the apartment complex. The Trattoria Etruria, Pompi cafe and the nearby Canoleria are amazing for traditional dishes and morning coffee. The owner was very kind and gave us all the information we needed. Overall a great experience and good location for moving around and getting to all major attractions like the Colosseum. Good choice for first time visitors, but also for those that revisit Rome. We highly recommend it.
