Pros: Property had everything we needed, the location was also great espesially for its price. It was clean and nice. There are common rooms like kitchen, and we had pretty loud neighbours, but we didnt mind it so it wasnt problem for us. The host was more than welcoming and responsive, so big thank you for Stefano!

Cons: Only thing is that we didnt know about charging exta for late check in after 7:30pm, until the day before our arrival when we got message about it. But that can be our mistake, maybe we didnt find it and read it if its written on booking.

Pros: The room and the rest of the apartment were very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent - just a few minutes from the metro and bus stops, and about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. Stefano is kind and friendly, explained everything clearly, welcomed us personally, and communication was excellent. It’s important to pay attention to the check-in time; unfortunately, we had delays due to airport crowds. Just a small note for future guests: the stove cannot be used due to the apartment layout, but the kitchen offers a microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and all necessary dishes, which was perfectly sufficient for us. Overall, a very pleasant stay - highly recommended!

Clean rooms, great location, value for money

Pros: Very close to the metro station and the city Centre You can reach all the tourist destinations with half an hour. You have bars and Pasticcerie close by.

Cons: The kettle wasn’t cleaned so it had limestone stuck on the bottom hence was unusable.

Pros: Very good reception, clean and confort places, flat well located in Roma and calm. I recommend !

Pros: It was clean,hot water every minute,comfortable bed,working tv and location was good

Cons: Very poor sound insulation we can her almost everyone in the next rooms

Nice place

Pros: Everywhere was so clean and cleaning lady was so helpful and kind. Balcony was nice. Some rooms have private bathroom but some of them have common one. But even like that it was enough clean.

Perfect place for a Rome getaway!

Pros: The beds were super comfy with good AC and everything from the location to the convenience and price was perfect for us. The hot water also had a problem but they fixed it very quickly.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The location was great, the staff were very helpful with any problem we had.

Cons: The balcony was small but I guess thats the Rome experience. There werent many bigger balconies around the city.

Pros: Locality of apartment is very good, like 5 minutes walking from metro station. Apartment was nice, but small. We haven't not used any equipment in kitchen, but seems sufficient. Wifi was working well.

Cons: Its very small, especially the bathroom..for the taller people like I am its making problems to move to have a bath or to use toilet. I would appreciate a bit bigger space. The best is very soft. Some people might like it, but I prefer more harder.
