Pros: Pleasant hosts, the room is very spacious and clean, the shared toilet was good... we got coupons for breakfast in a nearby cafe ☺️🙏🏼 shops very close as well as the metro station .. all recommendations

Terrific and would stay there again!

Pros: Really friendly and helpful owners. Matteo, the son, spoke English very well so that was a huge help. Great location for public transportation. The building has an elevator. Clean bathroom. Hot water (from a pass-through heater) good water pressure. Lots of places to eat nearby. A Laundromat where a small load wash and dry costs 7 Euro is within 50 yards. Breakfast is coffee and croissant served at Caffe del Sol about 100 yards away. Great coffee!

Cons: It was my fault for not reading the description properly so just a warning - there are three rooms for rent. At least two of the rooms have to share a bathroom; one might have its own, not sure. Ask before choosing a room.

Buena ubicación, desayuno práctico.

Pros: El desayuno normal, rico café. Buena conectividad, restaurantes cerca, supermercados, lugares que visitar, lejos del centro lo suficiente para no sentir el ruido o caos pero suficientemente cerca para llegar caminando.

Cons: Tal vez la limpieza de la habitación pudo ser más pulcra, el baño siempre estuvo impecable y eso es un 10!
