Etruria Relais

Pros: Rooms was spacious and light. Bathroom and restroom were clean. Outside territory was great a lot of space surrounded by trees and flowers. Service also good: reception was always online and could help. Free storage is also useful as I could leave my stuff and go into the city on the last day without carring bag.

Pros: everything was perfect and our stay in Rome was super convenient because of this bnb. Next time will come back again here

Overall was a nice stay

Pros: The bnb It is in s quite location in a middle of a courtyard of a nice big old building... the decor of my room was nice..the bed was comfortable... there's a room to leave the suitcase after checking out and you can use the bathroom next it if you need to. Staff was really nice and friendly. Bottles of water were replaced in the fridge in my room. A Microwave and a coffee machine was available in the lobby. They dealt with a couple of problems promptly. It's near a lot of bars, supermarkets, gelateria, restaurants, pizzeria, pizza a taglio and its very close to metro A. There's a big indoor market not too far where you can find anything ..

Cons: My room was not very well sound proofed. This did not fisturb me during the day and during night time everyone was respectfully keeping the noise down . the WiFi is very slow... I couldn't load Google map. There is not a towel rail next to the sink... in my room i did not have bedside tables.. however they have given me 2 chairs to use instead. Even though the coffee was available and it was very nice, I was disappointed that the coffee machine wasn't in my room because the pictures showed a coffe machine on the dressing table as well as bedside tables... in my room the toilet door was made of opache glass... so if you get up at nite you either use in the dark or disturb you partner if you switch the light on.. however.. other rooms in the same bnb have separate bathroom... so if I came again I would make sure I have a different room.

Quite nice! i wish to stay longer

Pros: location is 5 mins walk to subway station breakfast is not included but there are some coffee shops around the corner the keys are very interesting part( my first time travel in Europe) other than that, the experience is quite nice with this price

Cons: half of the bed makes a little noises

Amazing rooms in an amazing location

Pros: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My room had a very nice courtyard that was cool and comfortable even in the summer heatwave. Francesco was very accommodating when I arrived earlier than expected. He arrived quickly to let me into my room. The location was amazing with the metro and a variety of restaurants close by. I have stayed there twice and will stay there again.

Cons: Entering and exiting the property with a lot of luggage is extremely difficult. Lots of stairs and no ramps. The property is behind locked iron gates without any clear directions to enter. The emails from the property manager were nice but please include clear directions for entering the property or some type of instructions upon arrival.

Convenient location and huge room.

Pros: The room was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The welcoming host is incredibly kind and available for most of the day. This place is a little gem amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

Cons: The room is quite simple and could benefit from additional amenities, such as shampoo or one more chair in the patio, to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, I noticed some noise from late-arriving guests, which slightly disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

Great affordable stay in Rome!

Pros: The bed was huge and really comfortable. Only 5 minutes walk to the underground and from there it was easy to get to all the main attractions. Free tea, coffee and bottles of water in the room. Clean and felt very secure with a lovely courtyard.

Cons: The shower was a bit strange if you hadn't realised it would be like it is, in the main room visible from the bed. Walls quite thin so could hear other guests but only when they came into the main corridor which wasn't regularly.

Pros: Nice room, coffee corner, located in a beautiful inner courtyard like a garden. Good communicatipn amd pick up at areival.q

Cons: We booked with whirpool and it did not hve one. But they told us before.
